Loveholidays Reviews Summary

The overall reputation of Love Holidays reflects a significant divide in customer experiences. Positive feedback highlights seamless bookings and enjoyable trips, suggesting that when services function as intended, customers appreciate the value and convenience offered. However, a substantial number of reviews express deep dissatisfaction with the company's customer service, citing issues such as unresponsive support, mismanagement of bookings, and inadequate resolutions to complaints. Common concerns include poor communication, unexpected charges, and misleading hotel representations. This duality indicates a critical need for Love Holidays to enhance its customer service approach to ensure consistency and reliability across all interactions.

Guess that you wont refund me? I wish I paid with my credit card. Im wasting my energy here as nobody will respond to me but i wanted to let others know what i found out.

Always book your holiday on a creditcard, this explains beter than i can

http://www.lowcostholidayshelp.com/

Under section 75 of the consumer act all purchases made via credit card between £100 and £30,000 should be covered! By law for all companies that have gone bust your only option is the credit card company. Although they may well try to palm you off and push you back to contact the administrator, you have your rights and they are fully aware of them! If for any reason you are met by a frosty reception get in touch with the Financial Ombudsman to lodge your complaint and they will contact your credit card company on your behalf.

To late for me! But hope it helps someone else in future

We kept being told we owed extra on our holiday, we had paid in full. Rang them several times, call centre said managers etc would call us back each time and each time nothing, not even a reply to our emails. The balance on our holiday now shows as clear with no explanation. Think I will be avoiding in the future, not worth the hassle. Managers should be ashamed of themselves, not a good advertisement for a company if you hound somebody for money they don't owe, don't explain it and then suddenly don't even owe it. If you are dealing with this company don't pay any extra without an explanation for why.

Normally I find lowcostholidays to be a good place to book and have spent money with them before but I am afraid to say that I shall not be using them again after my holiday this summer. I booked my holiday to Barcelona for a week and made sure to pick an early flight as we were only going for 7 days and didn't want to waste the first day travelling. I paid extra for what I saw as the better flight. A month before we are due to fly and they have phoned/emailed me to move the flight outbound to Barcelona forward by FIVE hours which effectively means I won't reach my hotel until mid evening when dinner will be finished and the day is over. My first day is now totally wasted. To top that off, they have moved my departure time forward so its not like I have any extra time on the last day either! I phoned them to say this was unacceptable and their response was "It's in your terms and conditions, flights subject to change". This is unreasonable and unfair, and I suggest anyone seeing this should look at more reputable travel agents who won't mess your holiday around and hide behind T&Cs. Moving a flight by an hour or so, OK, but FIVE hours is not right. Extremely displeased, as they could have easily made sure to book me onto another one of the morning flights from one of the other airline companies.

I have been offered no refund, no compensation, just told that my holiday is reduced by effectively nearly a full day. This is the customer service you can expect from lowcostholidays.com. Once your money is paid, they can and will do anything they want, and you have no other options.

I booked a resort in Antalya-Turkey with lowcostholidays.com.
When I arrived at the hotel, I have been obliged to pay 200. Euro extra because hotel had contract with them only for UK nationals. They told that they experienced same problem with them several times.

There is not any single indication on their site telling this fact. On top, as obligatory, you are required to inform your country while filling out your personal information. They do not warn you even at this stage and proceed with payment.

As soon as I get into my room, I contacted and requested them to solve my problem before leaving the resort. I stayed at the hotel for 5 days and sent reminders. This is the 8th day, but I haven't received anything from them. They have a customer service contact, but I am afraid they don't care customers.

It was so easy to check out the cheapest flights and the best day to fly. The hotel selections were easy to compare and research as photos, the location on a map and trip advisor reviews are all at your finger tips. Great price on my holiday, saved a lot when compared deals. Nicola on the phone as great too. Can't wait to go now!
