I made a huge mistake by involving love vacations for a hotel booking now I cannot get ahold of him during covid-19 ineed to cancel with my refund even though I realize I made a booking that was non-refundable but I think covid-19 is a special circumstance if it wasn't for covid-19 I would be going on this vacation they are impossible to get ahold of now I'm trying to get on there manage my booking on their website and for some odd reason my booking reservation number in my last name no longer match although I was able to access that before now that I've been sending them scathing emails I can no longer contact them at all and they are not answering anything back please advise me how to get a hold of him and possibly get my vacation hotel reservation resolved they are terrible don't ever use

Everything was fine and even called the hotel personally to make sure my reservationa showed in the hotel system. The next morning im notified by the hotel that love vacations hasnt paid them, mind you were talking about 5 rooms for 7 days which we obviously didnt have the money to pay for again. Tried reaching them at different times throughout the day and night and all i would get was a recording saying they operate from 9am to 5pm. Good thing the hotel said they would wait to see if they got any sort of payment before we left. They finally got their money on the 5th day. Definitely not a good experience to say the least.

I have used love holidays 3 times to date. Until now I had no issues with them they represented reasonable value. However the way they are behaving in the wake of the present crisis is completely unacceptable. On the 18th March I informed Love holidays of my intention to cancel through their online interface and I received confirmation of my request along with notice of the charges they wished to levy in relation to the cancellation. The payments that Love Holidays had received from me prior to my cancellation request exceeded the cancellation costs mentioned above and I was resigned to having to wait for a refund of monies left. Imagine my surprise when I received an email from the four days later on the 22nd March informing me that Love holidays had helped themselves to a further £450.77 of my money. I eventually managed after several attempts managed to get through to someone using their web chat service (They don't answer the phone) Who before cutting me off advised me that were I to stop subsequent card payments they may levy further charges( No explanation as to what they would be levied for). I then opened a further conversation on web chat and was passed to someone else who was unable to provide any date by which they will confirm my cancellation, nor was he prepared to guarantee that they would desist from taking further payments.
To date I have been unable to get any meaningful response from them in relation to the issues above. They appear to be using my bank account as their own personal credit stream.

This is not an acceptable way to conduct a business.

We cannot travel to Spain due to the current virus problems, we booked our hotel through love holidays, it was a no cancel booking, however it's all beyond our control we dont want a refund just defer our booking. I spoke to the hotel they were more than to do this by the way the hotel is now shut!. Love Holidays just show no refund or change will be given. I can't speak to anyone how convenient for them. I will never recommend this company to anyone,. What a RIP off this company is, they must be rubbing their hands with glee! Never again I will be challenging this with my credit card company so they will loose my money in the end. Very short sighted on their part...

It is near impossible to get to speak with their customer service.
On the weekend I spent an hour trying the chat system but they could not resolve it and assured me they would get back to me, they never did. It was clear the chat agent was trying to manage too many calls it was 10 to15 minutes between each response.
Tried the support telephone waited over an hour only to be cut off then 30 minutes wait cut off again as they shut their offices at 5pm. Because we have an hour and a half to spare during the normal working day
Trying again now so far 20 minute wait. Obviously completely under staffed s this a case of profits over customer care or they so under funded they are likely to go under.

Don't do business with Love Vacations. We had reservations for a hotel in Downtown Denver and received email confirmation. When we check-in there was no reservation. The hotel manager located our reservation at Holiday Inn Express near the airport far from downtown Denver. Love Vacations claims that because we didn't call that night, we may not qualify for a refund. We called - the phone number on our confirmation could not go through as dialed. Terrible customer service - when you want a refund you cannot talk to anyone on the "Travel Team." Everything must be done by email. Rita

I was linked to love vacations through a hotel site. The price was right for the area I needed to be. I booked 2 nights. Site said there was no cancellation fees.
A few days later my itinerary changed and I tried to cancel one off the 2 nights I originally booked. The manage my booking link wouldn't let me do anything so I messaged love vacations. It took forever for a reply and it basically said I can't change a date if there's no available rooms? I just wanted to cancel.
Nope, can't do it.
Hotel even said it was a horrible site to go through and they couldn't do anything about it.

Be very careful booking with this company. My confirmation did not match the advertisement. We contacted love holidays within 2 hours of getting the confirmation after contacting the resort to verify the accommodations. They were unable to modify or cancel my reservation even though it was 4 days prior to stay. They are a 4th party and things become incredibly complicated. We spoke with hotel, expedia, love holidays, and finally our credit card company. We were only trying to make a simple change or cancellation. The hotel/credit card company has been very accommodating to try to resolve the issue, but love holidays has been a complete brick wall. We have been on hold for 3.5 hours over 2 days trying to reaolve this. It looks like they get decent reviews, but look harder and notice the reviews are terrible if there is any change to your plans. Make sure everything is set in stone before booking because you will not be able to make changes

We booked an all inclusive hotel in bansko and upon arriving we were given 3 single beds for me and my wife to made do with. Love holidays did not help assist. We then asked for atleast soft drinks and we were charged for this. When complained to hotel and to love holidays again they were unable to help. I mean what hotel offers all inclusive but charges you for basic soft drinks like coke and Fanta. Even alcohol is usually free. Useless company. Don't trust them

Awful company be very very careful. If any information on their website is incorrect regarding hotels, flights ect they will take no responsibility at all. I booked an aqualand resort holiday only to find via another means that it doesn't open until the end of our stay. Loveholidays have now updated their website following my information but will not hold any responsibility and just quote the terms and conditions. I'm sure most have had lovely holidays but this company cannot guarantee your holiday and will not support you when things wrong. Awful company can you imagine how my kids are feeling now.

Thanks for nothing Loveholidays booked a hotel with you only to discover it had closed in October no correspondence from you sorted by myself as you were of no help. I did get an Appology yesterday after a month. Wont be using you again. Imagine turning up to a hotel which payment was taken for only to find out that it was shut until March. This is what happened to me on a boking for New Years Eve. Only by chance i emailed tbe hotel or i would of turned up on Mallorca with no where to stay.
Again thanks for nothing. Eveyone check your bookings or better still go to a travel agent.
Now been blocked on social media as they dont like the truth comming out.
