Scamming company. Stay away!
Customer servise is very rude and useless.( I have some screenshots to prove it). They also lie to you, just to get rid of you. Moreover, if you are lucky to get through to them. It's basically impossible.
I didn't get conformation of the holiday for 2 weeks ( even I paid). Took me around 2 week to contact them also. I was trying every day.
2. Do not upgrade anything on their website. My friends upgrated their room and paid more. They got the same standart room. They tried to get compensation from love holidays. No success The hotel didnt just have this room at all. So love holidays were selling something that does not exist.
4. I have paid for the transfer as well. No one turned up. The hotel manager and receptionist called them 3 times to explain that they have cameras and no one turned up.
Love holidays adviser was rude and has blocked the hotel number!

My partner and I are supposed to be flying to Greece this coming Monday 19th of September. Today Thursday 15th she has been admitted to hospital with a collapsed lung and cannot fly as she requires hospitalisation. Customer service was no help whatsoever and we were told there is no policy regarding sickness so we have lost €1200 with no refund or any attempt at a resolve for the customer. We were told that we should have cancelled earlier even though a medical emergency is not a preempted situation. I have used love holidays for the past 10 years, booking thounsands of euros worth of holidays and will no longer use there services.
Do not use Love Holidays they only care about taking your money not the service.
Agent made errors with phone booking. Never receive details or booking ref. You cannot use any form of contact without a ref! Took a month the get a ref but no way of sorting out their mistake incurring losses of over £2000. 00 Wrote to complaints dept who replied to wrong e-mil! Se never heard from them Appaling system
Was sold a package flight and hotel reasonable priced but the distance between them was 4 hours ferry journey that I had to purchase, I wasted whole day travelling, had to leave 1 day earlier my paid hotel to island, book another hotel for a night as I risked to miss my flight. Agent claimed that I didn't required transfer while purchasing this package and nothing is available now, pure lie. It wasn't even offered,

SIMPLY - DO NOT USE! I would happily pay more but use a firm that will provide you with an honest service and do what they say they will. If you want to risk your entire holiday happening and/or want to spend the same about of time as your holiday speaking to their bots when something changes (like a flight cancellation which are unfortunately fairly regular these days) then go ahead but I would never use them again. I'd use anyone else.
Absolutely horrendous! Booked a holiday with Loveholidays, had non stop problems! They do not answer their phones, their web chat is useless, the will not give call backs despite numerous emails regarding problems with the booking created by the company! I booked a holiday to Crete, the company informed the flights were confirmed and I have been given the dates of the flights and had to register with Ryanair, however, when I checked the flights they are the wrong flight date and location, the flights are booked for Barcelona not Crete! I've contacted Loveholidays by their Facebook messenger link, their chat and attempted to call but had no joy whatsoever! I'm so despondent that I have lost complete confidence in the company and want a refund! I do not want to pay the remaining balance at the risk of losing all my money on a botched holiday and ruining the first holiday I've had in 2 years!
Worst experience of my life booking with love holidays and will never do it again! Extraordinarily difficult to speak to humans and when you finally get through they put the phone down, every time. In resort reps also do the same "recorded for quality and training" are they trained how to put the phone down? Arrived at 4am but our room was unavailable, as it had been over booked, had to go to a sister hotel for two days. Disrupted our holiday and was highly inconvenient. Found out after booking, much better offers and deals with Jet2 and Tui as "all inclusive" doesn't actually mean "all" inclusive with LoveHolidays. Total rip off and unhelpful whatsoever. If I had known this I would have rather of paid more to another company and not bothered with Love Holidays. The most stressful holiday my family have ever been on. Would not recommend at all.

Hotel Cancelled
Absolute joke so booked a package holiday in November 2021 for June and everything was going well received regular emails on the lead up to it saying "the countdown is on" right up until 2 days before we arrived.So the flights and transfers we're all ok and we arrived at hotel palmeras in Tenerife around 11pm so we were really tired and just wanted to get a good night sleep and start our holiday the next day but that's when everything went downhill, the hotel took the details and got the email on screen only to say "Hotel Cancelled" I thought surely there's a mistake and if not they'll put us up for the night and sort it in the morning but only to be told there's nothing they can do and there's no rooms available and there was no way to get in touch with love holidays there was no phone number, live chat at that time absolutely nothing could be done until the next day so after hours of trying the hotel said the only thing they could offer was a couch in the hotel lobby and by now it's 3am and the cleaners come in at 5am so there was no chance of any sleep.So the next day finally arrives and were right on the phone to love holidays eventually only to be told to wait 3 hours as they'd need to look into it. Still absolutely raging but thought something is finally getting done so we'll go for breakfast in the meantime ( still in our traveling clothes and suitcases in tow might I add) so 3 hours passed and still nothing so I phone again and the result was "sorry there's nothing we can do the refund is in process now and it's out of our hands" no explanation no apology no nothing.So now we're both worrying what to do we had paid for an all inclusive holiday which has been a total nightmare and how I don't get why the flights and transfers we're all ok and not the hotel.In the end I had to borrow money for another all inclusive hotel so we could try enjoy the rest of the holiday.Its been over a month now and still no refund and trying to get hold of anyone is absolutely shocking. I really hope nobody experience's what we did.
Booked a holiday with flexible payment plan and completed the wrb form with deposit. Upon receipt of the confirmation we learned that there was an error with the names.
Luckily I had screen shot the original webform, my partner wanted to forward me the details before proceeding as I was away.
The first thing a customer would naturally do is to contact the customer support, apparently they cannot be reached at all, no contact telephone or email or even a post. The only way to contact them is via Insta chat which I found it odd.
We explained our issue and our expectations is to be dealing with a "Customer Service" but instead it was an arrogant angry 'pimp behaving' person who was extremely defensive not accepting any of our explanation and insisting that the fault lays on us.
Bare in mind that we only requested to correct the names, finally the agreed but for an extra charge, just to change names
We refused to pay and explained that it is not fair, the arrogant person snapped and said that our order is canceled, no refind will be issued and they will not discuss this booking any further, also threaten us clearly that if we informed our bank they will then dispute and fight back, then he left the chat.
We informed our bank that our order was cancelled for no reason from their side, we provided our story and in return, the the arrogant customer care has Don exactly what he said, he informed our bank that we initiated the cancellation and now our moneys are gone.
Do not book with this company. They are no help and have cost me £350 for a holiday I now can't go cause they wouldn't let me through to customer services to change dates of my hotel cause the holiday wasn't within 4 weeks but now that I can apparently there's nothing they can do cause it's past the hotels original fate. So I have flights but no hotel and no transfers! Absolutely scunnered as I've waited 3 years to get away.
Stay clear rob your money and hide and let some 1/2 wit with the iq of a penknife talk to you,

I'm very disappointed your services. My money was taken more than the deal was on your site on that day and more than you letting me know that I have to pay the difference, 3 days before my flight? I booked and paid the PCR test and took holiday from work and spender all my savings for this holiday through your site because was all inclusive, which I was sure that is a serious company. I even checked the deal today and is more cheaper than we paid. That's ridiculous! No one answered to the costumer service. I've tried to call in UK and it was busy line all the time.
Customer service is non-existent. Once they have taken your deposit all you have left to communicate with is a robot who tells you that basically there are no humans to deal with. A dystopian nightmare

We had to amend our booking due to visa delays and they did not care to assist at all, besides saying they couldn't get hotel dates and that was it! £1290 wasted and they were extremely unsympathetic towards us or helpful at all

We booked a holiday for August 22, but days later after confirmation was told there was an error in the price and they wanted another 2.5k (approx.). They also gave us x3 options available to us 1; "We can look into a different alternative or we can book alternative accommodation", 2; Pay the extra 2.5k or 3; pay the remaining amount for your flights and keep this booking as a flight only booking. NO MENTION OF A FULL REFUND at this point. Eventually they offered us a 15% discount but only if we kept the same flights, and all similar holidays cost at least 1.5k more than the price we had agreed. When I asked to make an official complaint I found out that I would be CHARGED £108 TO COMPLAIN for admin fees.

I am deeply disappointed by the customer service received by this company. I booked a holiday using the credit card that I had recently changed to my married name. Love holidays automatically booked my flight tickets in the same name which does not appear on my passport. I called to tell them about this and they said 'you are to blame you should have read the small print' I explained that I had not at any point suggested to them that this is the name I would use for the airline booking as my passport was in my maiden name. I asked to speak to a manage and they said ' we cannot put you through to managers' at no point did they offer any apology or any kindness, the customer care was truly awful and I found the whole call very upsetting to the point I said I wanted to complain. I was told 'fine the details are on the website'. I asked for the call handlers name and she said we do not give last names.
In summary please be careful when you book online-this updates your air line tickets immediately, without notifying you.
Customer care is awful, there are no available managers to help with issues and you are likely to be spoken to in an abrupt manner.
This whole experience has been really upsetting on a human level and I now have to pay £100 to the airline to change my name and another £25 admin fee to LOVE HOLIDAY for an administrative error that I was not even aware of.
If you are thing of booking with this company forget it- go to a reputable company who will show you care (even if its your fault kindness goes a long way)

We booked our holiday 22/07/21 to travel to a green list country for my wife and I and our 17 year old daughter. My wife and I are fully vaccinated but as at the time of booking under 18 year olds weren't being vaccinated in the UK my daughter wasn't. As such, and from what I had read, I believed she would need a COVID test prior to travel and booked this accordingly. When completing the required passenger locator forms on 24/07/21 it became apparent that Malta was unique from other green list countries in that every person over 12 years old travelling to the country needs to be fully vaccinated. This of course meant my daughter could not travel with us. I accept that I had made a genuine mistake but on contacting Loveholidays they refused to help in any way. There was no option to amend any detail of the holiday and if I cancelled I would have lost everything. I'm genuinely struggling to comprehend how they can sell me a holiday knowing full well that my daughter was unable to take that holiday. To date Loveholidays have flatly refused to take any responsibility for the mis-selling of this holiday and there has been no offer of compensation. Loveholidays have replied to this review and said because the holiday has passed there is nothing they can do. Well this is a load of rubbish because we contacted them before we traveled and they refused to help us whatsoever. I have the screen shots as proof. They even said they would keep my money for free and I should try and claim it back through my insurance. They are criminals committing daylight robbery.
