After 3 attempts with other companies I finally found lift depot. They are the ONLY company who had the Struts I needed. Easy ordering, prompt delivery, Struts worked great! Thank you!
The prices were ok, the shipping was much faster than expected, the quality of the products seems very good, and they work well.
The process works well, but I cannot determine if the gas springs come with the retaining clips for the ball ends or not.
The support fit exactly as required. Please note that although the Lift Support Web site stated that the item selected was not compatible with my SL55 AMG, trust the measurements that you took of the defective item to find the correct replacement. If in doubt, give the company a call to obtain professional assitance.

Very pleased with product. Shipping and communication was very good, and the item was installed first time. As it is slightly longer than standard it gives the seat more lift height, and better access to the battery, etc.
I ordered new lift supports for my Infinity Q50. I had previously ordered from another company and had to return because they were not the correct part. These fit perfectly. I was kept aware of the shipping the entire time.
These are a perfect substitute for those of you that own the 2020-24 Toyota Highlander with failing liftgate power struts. I wasn't willing to pay up to $1600 for a pair of new power struts (over $2000 if you have them installed). I'm a mechanic and installed the Lift Support Depot struts myself, and it took less than 15 minutes. If you want to have manual operation of your liftgate, these units are a perfect replacement. The power lock feature and the open button still work the same, you just have to open and close the gate yourself. Hope that this helps all of you out there!

Easy install, exactly per directions, less than an hour. Hope to have years of no issues. Considering it's a Bentley, where all parts are proprietary, pretty impressive.

Just had to replace after what seemed to be just 3 or 4 years since the first strongarm hood supports I purchased. I think they should have lasted longer than that given OEM lasted almost 25 years.
