Not having had the need to replace the original equipment on my vehicle, I needed a little hand-holding before ordering the lift support replacements. There were so many inexpensive alternatives, but none of them would have worked for my SUV, so I cannot underscore the importance of having someone to speak with prior to making the purchase. Also, knowing that this was the replacement from the original Equipment Manufacturer gave me the peace of mind to place the order.

They sent me one that's bigger than the other and it doesn't fit the car. I want to return it so they can send me another one. Please send me instructions on how to return it.

My wife's 15 year old Lexus RX 350 rear hatch was bashing me in the head on our drive over the Thanksgiving holiday, I ordered a pair of gas pistons recommended by Lift Supports Dept on Saturday, product delivered to my door Monday (regular delivery, not a "need it tomorrow" delivery with extra charge), installed them Tuesday (it took 10 minutes after watching the installation video), no more head bashing! And total charge shockingly low =$35.

I had these on my truck before and they worked well. I would rather pay for a better product made in the US, than buy a product of unknown quality and made in China off Amazon. However, I was disappointed in the shipping. They were supposed to come by DHL, but came by USP which is incredibly slow.

Nobody seemed to know anything about replacement struts until I called Depot the helped select correct strut, shipped it and it works great. Good job.

Struts are perfect. Original order was lost or stolen in shipment. Reached out to Lift Support Depot and they immediately responded and fixed the issue by sending another set! A big THANKS!
The support struts for my 99 Tacoma camper shell gave out and there was no information on the original struts to identify the exact same part. Tried these out after other attempts with other struts that didn't work, and these work great. I hope they last, but only time will tell.

Easy fitment and description to help me buy the correct shocks. My only gripe is with the shipping package. My shocks were falling or had already fallen out during delivery. I didn't have to open to package because it was busted open during transit. At least they made and worked 💪.
