So it took exactly 22 days from which I over night my bose temp frames in to have them put in prescription lense, I know the tracker is a bit off but besides all the negative reviews I've read they got my lens here in about 20 days so I would recommend them and the fact that te bose tempo frames r a bit curved which prolly why they had to re do it twice and the tracker resets, but overall I'm a happy camper Thanks lensabl!
Bought frames and lenses this time rather tha. Send in my own frames. They look great though I may need to adjust the nose pieces (scary) because they sit a little crooked (most likely my face). But, awesome glasses. Thank you!
This is my second large order with Lensabl. My first experience was great and was a few years ago. I was able to update a few favorite frames as well as some new frames that I had purchased on eBay. This latest order was a similar context, I had found frames online from various resellers that were either unique or rare. I have a great experience ordering, inputting my information and paying. Where things started to become frustrating was the delays in production of my lens order. After several weeks after Lensabl was in possession of my frames, the message in my customer order portal was that the glasses had failed quality control, and would be sent out in approximately 3 days while they were expedited. I waited a week and still no progress. The only saving grace was your customer service communication and responses provided by Ann from the customer care team when I had to trick the app by using a change my address response option. As a 35 year retail exec I would look into providing better response options to the production process. Whether it be alerts that delays could be possible during peak times as an order is being started. Considering it took exactly a month to get my order completed from my frames arriving at your facility, it would help put expectations in realistic terms of how long it will actually take.
I am in the end happy with the resulting product, but reluctant to wait that long again for your product unless the process is improved.
Blame me for not reading the instructions carefully. Sent in my small leather case which was probably needlessly thrown away in a landfill and replaced with this triangle box too big for the glasses, too big for a handbag, too BIG and unnecessary in a cardboard box filled with needless packaging. F- on sustainability. Had I known this beforehand would have shopped elsewhere.
Ordered an extra reading glasses because I lost my prescription glasses. Sent an extra pair of frames with old prescription lenses. It took two weeks before I got any response and when I emailed, to check if you need a copy of my RX, I was told they have everything they need.
I received my lenses last Friday and to my disappointment, the new lens that was put in were plain and non-prescription lenses.
Have had 4 progressive lenses done here. They get the zones in the right place and the lenses seem to hold up well.
It's very comfortable and light. I wear it all day and sometimes I barely noticed that I am wearing a google. The prescription is great. The stoggles prescription feels way better than my regular prescription glasses.

After a bit of a shipping issue which was completely my fault was quickly resolved through prompt email exchange. Amazing service and I adore my new eyewear.
I was told by my eye doctor that I couldn't get my prescription in the stoggles I purchased. I reached out to stoggles and they gave me lensabl info. They were able to put my prescription in my stoggles so I can have eye protection for work. They were fast and easy to communicate with. I plan to use them in the future!
It was so extremely easy. Fill in my prescription and any additional extras I desired, shipped it off and it was back to me in about a week and a half. I've been happy ever since. Will definitely do this again should I come across another pair of frames I like.
I was disappointed by the lack of predictability on timing. I would check timing on the website and it would always indicate six business days until shipping for weeks.
When the package arrived, the frame was dirty and so was the case that the glasses were wrapped in.
The glasses themselves are fine. I will have to go back to a local optometrist to adjust the frame so that it fits again.
Pretty cool experience, great option for classic good quality frames to get new life.
I must say that I am very pleased with the completion of my glasses. Rimless glasses are typically tough to change out the lenses, you made a believer out of me. Will use Lenabsl again.

Overall happy with lense quality. Still expensive but cheaper than buying new frames with prescription sunglasses lenses. Wish it didn't take 2 months to fulfill. Not sure the hiccup but communication was good. Squeaky wheel gets the attention
So happy with my rx lenses in my safety glasses for work. Full disclosure I did have to send them back for a correction on the left lens, but customer service was really helpful and nice about the whole process. Lensabl labs worked quickly to get my replacement lenses in so I got them back quickly and now I can see perfectly out of them.
Ordering was easy, prices were fair and the prescription lenses are just right. I was worried about the mail order process with distance measurements and all, but it turned out perfectly.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
