My first order was for two sets of new lenses in existing frames. There were a few hiccups along the way but Lensabl's went above and beyond making everything right. Two months later I broke one lens and immediately ordered replacements. Thrilled to have my glasses back.
I plan to call tomorrow to discuss this. I received glasses this week and the frames are being bent inward by the lenses you made and installed. The glasses armed are hurting my head and giving me a headache in under a minute. These are Bose sunglasses that have removeable lenses. The Bose lenses are great and the frame is perfect fit. With the Lensabl lenses in, they are unwearable.
The lens came back fine. My frames are now way to tight on my head. They were clearly bent and I wonder if it was to fit the lens. These were very flat front frames and now they bend around my face like 80's Oakley razors.
At the end of August I sent out my glasses to have new lenses put in. As the end of September approached, I still had not received them back from the company, and I had not been given any indication why. When I finally sent an email and asked what was going on, then, and only then, did I get an explanation: That an error had been made initially with my order, so it had to be redone. I just received the glasses back yesterday (October 6). The work is good, but waiting over a month to get your glasses back is annoying. I think that the company could have lessened that annoyance by simply being proactive and letting me know that there had been a mistake, rather than making me reach out to them (customer service tip).
I had a pair of 40 year old Christian Dior sunglasses antique frame that my 90 year old mother really liked... the lenses were so scratched see could not wear them. Nobody locally would even try to replace the custom lenses. Lensable was able to do it! Customer service kept me updated along the way... since to took extra time to make a perfect fit! It was all worth the effort! My mother is VERY pleased to have have her favorite sunglasses back!

My glasses arrived a little crooked and I immediately emailed them for guidance. They looked at the pictures and told me I could go to an optimist or send them back if they could not be fixed. They sent a 2 day air when I needed to send them back. Then mailed them back to me next day air! They arrived looking great, just what I wanted. My old lenses were mirrored and flawed but the frames were expensive. Thanks Lensable!
Excellent lenses, fast turnaround, good communication
Your production process is a bit on the slow side. It took nearly a month to receive my order. It was for lenses for Bose frames. In half the time it took I received two pairs of glasses from another company.
It's because of the Bose product that I continue with your service. Your process is very long or slow.

I had a wonderful experience with Lensabl. I used a pair of my vintage frames. I sent them in, filled out the form & they were mailed back to me quickly. I would definitely use them again & would encourage other people to use Lensabl. I have used a family owned eyeglass establishment & I love them, but my experience with Lensabl will have me rethinking using them again.

I was so excited to get lenses put in a pair of frames that I really liked. Lensabl offers many great options for lenses. When I finally received my frames back I was quickly disappointed in the quality of work and accuracy of my prescription. After dealing with customer service they agreed to remake my lenses for me. After a long wait I finally received my frames for the second time, but feel as though the lenses are even worse than they were the first time around. First off, the lenses themselves do not fit properly in the frames. The lenses nearly pop out every time I clean them. Also, my prescription is still not accurate. I had to take my glasses into a local optician to have them read and confirm my findings. Both my pupillary distance and ocular center were inaccurate. My favorite glasses now cause me eye pain and fatigue. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and I am not sure where to go from here. I just wish the lenses were made properly and to a higher standard considering the price tag. Now I have a $300 pair of glasses that I can't wear.

Love my new glasses! I was so happy to find a way to keep the frames I love with my new improved (strengthened) lenses. It seems your frames start to be part of your face sometimes! I also like the packaging, the case and the on-line site.
The only issue I have is the speed with which it arrived. I actually became concerned. My suggestion is to communicate that it takes longer than how it is described or communicate that there is a delay (if that is what happened or happens). I didn't want to take off a whole star for this because the rest of the process was stellar!

I ordered my glasses August 23rd with a supposed 10 day delivery. I got my glasses October 2nd. I contacted customer service several times and they consistently got back to me in less than 24 hours. They were able to explain what was going on and at what step in production my glasses were in. I have to say if the customer service wasn't as good as it was, I would have canceled the order and called my credit card company. Part of the delay was that my lenses didn't pass the final inspection and had to be redone. In the end, I'm happy I waited, I love my glasses!
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
