First time customer. I loved my old frames but my optician wouldn't put new lenses in them. Found Lensabl and gave it a try. Very easy process on their web site. They sent me a box to mail my frames in and kept me up-to-date on the progress.
I got my glasses back in about a week and I am very impressed with the quality! I have gotten "bargain" glasses in the past an know what it's like to have poorly set lenses.
I plan on sending my sunglasses in for my new prescription as well.
I was skeptical at first, but I was quickly convinced! High quality product (even the Everyday Eyewear line) and they even replaced my glasses after they were damaged by a swinging car door the first day I had them. They made my glasses a priority and had them made and sent super fast and then remade and sent very fast again. Customer service was great and messages were answered within one business day. I have had issues and so many complaints with bigger companies who make glasses both online and in person, and this is truly the best experience I have had by far. Website is also very simple and easy to use, the only complaint is I cannot click on my glasses to see them again once they are in the shopping cart, I have to look for them all over again. Really really, highly recommend! Lensabl is the only website I will ever use again to buy glasses or lenses!
In July I ordered a pair of transition glasses and they arrived today (Nov 2). I am not sure what took so long to get my glasses, but when they finally arrived, they were wonderful. I have several pairs of Lensables and each one fits perfectly right out of the box. Very little adjustment on my part, if any. I am pleased with the products, but amazed at the long time before delivery.
I ordered no-line bifocal lenses and was sent single vision lenses. Lensable refused to make the order correct.
Took two months and got the glasses yesterday. And they are so wrong its not funny

Lack of communication from your part. I had to email to see where you are at in finishing my glasses. I was told it will be another 4 days. I have not received an email about my order getting shipped and I'm already being asked to review my experience?
Everything about the service was great. The only issue is that I didn't get my case back! Was not expecting to lose it.
My progressive lenses are perfect, and I am completely satisfied with Lensabl's customer service. But I'm not sure why my frames were labeled "risky" to put new lenses in, which created a delay. Also the lenses took a bit longer to ship than I would have liked. If I'd received my lenses a day or two sooner this would be a 5/5 review instead of 4/5.
We sent in two pairs of sunglasses for new lenses (no prescription, just colored lenses). One pair, with dark black lenses, came back just as I'd hoped. My husband's pair was a graded medium brown lens. His sunglasses came back way too light and much different than what was depicted on the screen, even allowing for variations in screen color. He wore the new lenses outside and it felt like no sun was being screened. I've written customer service to see if they can re-do them, included various pictures, and offered to pay the additional cost to have them done to mimic his old lenses. I'm waiting on a response... keeping my fingers crossed since the lenses were over $100. Right now, I'm disappointed because my husband can't use his sunglasses at all, and if I have to pay to have them re-done, I should have bought a new pair.
I Selected Premium Progressive Shamir lenses for my frame and mailed the frame to Lensable. Two weeks later I was told that they don't have the color I have selected and I can pay more to be upgraded to another premium lenses. During all this time, it was very hard to get any response from them. They are very good and quick to answer when you are looking to place an order but once they have your order, service goes really downhill. I ended up cancelling my order as they did not have the color I selected from their website. To cancel and send my frame back, they charged me $25. I would not do business with these guys again. I have used ReplaceALens out of Denver in the past and only reason I came to them was that they were in CA and will have quick turn around time. Stay away from this place.
The whole experience... items selection and availability, price, customer service contact, packaging... was excellent. The only thing that made me not give 5 stars was the two months it took for my product to arrive, even when my order information page said it would be a couple of weeks. But I have the product now and am incredibly happy!

Great experience. Lenses are quality. My frame was screwed up when I got them back as the screw In the arm is not lining up and won't go in straight. The glasses were in great shape when I sent them in. Now I'm dealing with one armed glasses
I sent the same prescription that I'm wearing now but the left lens in my new glasses is not strong enough. Cannot see the 20/20 line clearly. Please help.
The process to submit for the replacement lenses was fairly simple and the lenses turned out great. The process to fab and deliver was exhausting. My order was sent back due to "quality" issues twice. I guess it's a good thing that they do exhaustive quality checks and they did upgrade me to next day shipping. It would have been nice to have a more detailed explanation of the "issues" and what was being done to address them. Of corse they did not offer any form of compensation until I told them to return my old lenses and refund my money.
Fast and amazing job done the vision through my lenses is spectacular!
First, they "lose" your best pair of limited edition frames. Then they offer to replace them with an inferior substitute, which they get wrong, sending a frame you did not select. Meanwhile, they put the wrong lenses in the two other frames you sent, snd then 6 weeks later, you've still got only one of the three pairs finished correctly. Need I go on? Run from these guys!
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
