First time using Lensabl and I must say that it was easy and the turn around time was very reasonable.
I had to send back my order as I inadvertently chose the wrong lens type. I sent them back for lens replacement and received them yesterday with scuffed and scratched as if they were used previously and I did not get the Bose branded case back.
No Issues! I received my glasses with the new lenses and they worked perfectly!

I don't know if this will be handle by Bose but I put the glasses on for more than two weeks now thinking that it will adapt with my face and head but nothing. The lense on the other hand is perfect and I the sound quality is okay. When I push the frame back the sound is better but since it's tight, it goes back and here we are. Please help me address this.

Turn-around time was about one and a half weeks, however the quality of the work was mediocre at best. The lens edges are cut unevenly, and the clear rimless bottom tension string doesn't have enough tension, therefore the lenses literally move out of the socket if you slightly flex the glasses, to get them back into shape. I purchased the premium anti-fog coating, and immediately upon arrival, I tested this, given how important this was with face masks, and they fogged up immediately. Overall, I would say I will simply go to lens-crafters next time, they have similar prices, and their quality of work was a lot better, I had the same exact frames done with them several years ago, and I can't fault their work at all. I was expecting a lot more, and I'm still contemplating if its worth sending them back to have the lenses re-done, since I need my glasses.
It seems like the prescription as to the amount of prism was not followed. I see double, but slightly. It is not acceptable.
I just ordered my second pair of sunglasses from lensabl. In both cases I supplied my favorite frames. Turn around was three weeks. When I wear my new lenses in my old frame, I hardly am aware I am wearing them. They are so clear!
No one ever communicated with me the answers to my questions. Finally after a week or 2 someone responded to my email and finally sent me a box for my frames. Then i paid an additional $50 for bifocals and the order arrived with clear reading glasses! I ordered and paid for tinted bifocals. I uploaded the Rx from my doctor. No one ever read that, I am sure. Very dissatisfied. Wasted almost 3 weeks of my time!

Simple ordering process, and shipment of existing frames. Not the best at providing status - had to email to get an update, but I did get a response. Return shipping was fast. The lenses are lightweight, and the prescription is perfect. I ordered blue transition lenses, but they appear to be gray. They do not transition in full sunlight as much as expected - I have to squint in full sunlight. In moderate sunlight they work great. All in all it was pretty good, but perhaps the website could provide a more accurate depiction of the amount of color transition in transition lenses.
