I would give these guys zero stars if possible. The experience has been a disaster from the start. First, they could not get my prescription correct. They kept coming back to me for information that was on my scrip. Second, I would not have known my order was on hold until after two weeks, I checked on with their Customer "Service" to find out why my order hadn't moved forward. After that it became one conversation of "It's not our fault, it's your fault" after another. Finally, I had hope when my glasses actually shipped. I should have known that the glasses would come back with the wrong fit, the wrong prescription and standard bi-focals (like grandma used to wear) instead of the progressive lenses I ordered. Of course, there is no willingness to make it right, just an offer to take 25% off my NEXT orderer. Yeah, like that will happen. Save yourself the agony, use your eye doctor or Lenscrafters. Do not subject your eyes to these people. You'll likely hate yourself.
I ordered my glasses with prescription lenses in January 16,2022. The site claimed a 4-7 business day processing time before I'd receive the glasses. I expected some delays so I was patient. A full 30-days later I received the glasses, but I noticed right away that the left eye prescription was wrong. I emailed immediately and 3 days later someone replied back to me from the lab. My prescription had been partially deleted by Customer Service for some reason. They admitted it was a mistake on their behalf and told me to send the glasses back. Since then they said they have received the order, and now it is the end of February, still no glasses. I'd recommend the site if you are okay with waiting several months before receiving your order. Since then I ordered several pairs of glasses from both EyeBuyDirect and GlassesUSA and have received my order on time, correct with no problems. I'd definitely recommend one of these other sites before Lensabl. They must be short-handed and are backed up with orders it seems. Unfortunate since I liked the selection they had. Lesson learned!
I had to keep sending you my pupillary distance. I sent it 3 times and I included it when I sent in my original order. You kept requesting it even though I had sent it. The order took 2 months to complete as a result. Very frustrating.
I was experiencing some delays and I reached out to Rhinna in customer service. She was able to get the lenses for my ski goggles in time for my ski trip. It would have been ruined if not for her help
I will never order from them again. I placed my order on the 30th of the month and they didn't even send the empty box for me to ship my glasses for 10 days. That should have been my first clue. After sending them $1000 worth of glasses, 7 weeks after placing the order, my order says that they will "Ship within 3 days" for more than a month. I keep emailing customer service and they continually send the SAME form email. At this point, I just want my designer glasses back and a refund. This is terrible.
Definitely quality lenses - ordered lenses for 4 frames - and results were perfect. Provide measurements asked for and current prescription and all works out well. Viewable online status keeps you updated. Customer service is responsive and helpful. Option for overnight shipping was great.
I cannot believe that this company can stay in business! Absolutely no customer service and if you do write in they are completely dishonest about the status of the order. I have not received my Bose frames back yet and it's been FIVE weeks.
Sent all info required on website made payment of over three hundred dollars on 1/11/22. I tried to contact them as they only use email with no specific reply other than a mistake and delay has happened and they will let me know by email. The glasses arrived 2/6/22 completely wrong and are not progressive lenses, nor my RX script. Now no reply to my email. Costumer service is the worst. Glasses not wearable. Do not use this company. After seeing no update after the first week I began sending emails. Initially I was told Bose hadn't sent them the frames but they were working on the lens (minor prescription). 3 weeks in Ann couldn't find out what was going on from the lab. 4-6 she rarely communicates with me and says lens didn't pass and had to be remade. I asked to speak with a manager or someone with authority starting two weeks in and have every request completely ignored. For the first time I got an email from a Megan giving me the same template rundown as Ann that the frames hadn't arrived from Bose. I've left a number of voicemails for them to contact me. All have gone ignored. Absolutely insane that they can get away with this customer service while be contracted with a company like Bose. If I didn't feel so invested in this and wanted the frames so badly I'd have cancelled my order by now. I expect to return here regarding the quality of the glasses ever arrive.
I have ordered twice from Lensabl and never will again. The first time, the order took over two months and they gave me a partial refund. The second time was even worse. The order was late but they made grey lenses though I ordered red (sports lenses for cycling). They also failed to fix the cracks in the first set of lenses and just returned them in the box loose without any wrapping. Needless to say, this is not a company I will do business with again and neither should you!
I am very happy with both product and service.the ordering was so easy. I was nervous because I wasn't sure if the glasses would be right as I have a tricky prescription. They were perfect!
Ordered on Dec 1. It's Jan 24th and I have yet to receive my order. After 4 weeks I emailed about status, took about 3 days to learn "It's in process." Little more than 2 weeks later "order didn't meet standards." I'm willing to bet I'll still receive an inferior product maybe mid March. Most likely won't order again. Sad, I was excited about this order. But also glad I ordered a new set of lenses from a different company and received that order in 3 weeks.

I sent in a pair of old frames to have the lenses changed. They were my grandmas who had recently passed - so a bit sentimental. I guess it's on me for sending them, because i had a funny feeling.
It's a few weeks before they email me and tell me they might break in production and i can get them sent back with my order cancelled. Great - i reply to do this like the email states and nobody gefs back with me, the lenses are sidle in production. Finally get a response almost a week later and they're pushing me to send in new frames.
No a bad taste is in my mouth, because nobody replies to emails. They charged me $70 and now I'm trying to get my frames, and my money back. When i contacted by chat, the agent kept asking what other frames i sent in, when i sent in one, which leads me to believe the frames are lost or something is wrong.
As of now, it's two stars for no response time on something they stuck in their lab after i was given the chance to cancel. Kinda shady.
Fantastic work! I sent in my Cartier C Decor glasses to get an updated prescription, and Lensabl did an excellent job of getting the tint done to my specifications. I was happy to find a new place to get my glasses done at a reasonable price. I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer.
The glasses don't sit level on my face. One side is higher than the other. When I look toward the ground as I am walking, I get a distorted view as though I were 8 feet tall.
I might have misunderstood the time-frame for a frame/lens order to be filled. I needed a pair a prescription sunglasses for a vacation. I thought I'd have them in a week or two, but ti took a month--by which time I had been there and back.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
