I ordered replacement lenses for two frames. One pair arrived (mostly) on-time, but I get a little dizzy wearing them (these were progressive lenses; I suspect their 'magic' to determine that delineation is the issue). The other pair was to add a presecription to a standard frame, Oakley Half-Jacket 2.0 XL sunglasses. Because the frames' lenses literally snap in and out, I should never have had to send the frames. That's what they initially confirmed. Then they changed tunes and had me ship the frames *at my expense*. When I inquired as to status after a few weeks, THEY LOST THE FRAMES. To their credit, they purchased replacement frames and, FINALLY, delivered the glasses and paid for overnight delivery. I'm now happy with that second pair, but it was over three months from when I placed the order until I had that second pair.
I will not be back.
The first order was defective, I was told it would be remedied then was coerced into repurchasing the order "for the lab" I was NEVER refunded for the defective lenses. When trying to communicate I was ignored several times when inquiring as to what was going on. The communication was abrasive when actually received and told basically everything was my fault. Honestly this was probably the worst experiences that I have ever had with an online purchase.
These lenses are cheap. They're not quality anti-reflective. I paid for their more premium lenses and they look/feel much worse than even warby Parker. I won't buy here again.
Everything went smoothly. The prescriptions were filled perfectly.

LENSABI made them quickly and I just received them. The lenses are so amazingly clear, looking from the inside out. I had to actually check and see if they were something in there. I sent them a 5-year-old prescription and told them that my eyes are probably changed slightly since getting a little weaker and they sent me the perfect prescription somehow for where I'm at now. I hope the doctor understand what I meant. Apparently he did cuz they're perfect. They ask you all the pertinent info from your prescription diopters eyes and pupillary distance, etc. To really get it right. I'm so surprised I was just getting these as temporary glasses before I went to get a new prescription and plan to do it again. Basically Now I don't need to. These are fine. These will be fine for many years. Thank you! I can keep something of my husband with me and look nerdy smart at the same time.
've been scammed I sent my frames in to this company, payed to have lenses placed in them. Now they say that they can't do it but I have to pay 25$ to get them back. Sounds like a great deal for them. Free money. Just beware. Look up BBB RATING.
Quality has gone down-hill. I just got 3 pairs back from them, all of which were done wrong, and I can't see through. Satisfaction guarantee? I reported the problem and here we are weeks later, and they haven't even had me send the glasses back yet. Waste of money.
Order the glasses in December, 2021, and after sending them back twice to be re-done properly, i finally received them six months later.
It was a very long process, one that most folks wouldn't have had the patience for, but i did.
Since then, my vision has degraded even more and i can't see very well with my new $500 glasses (but, that''s my problem).
They look great, and i get compliments, as i stumble around wearing them.
I hate to give you a bad review when I experienced 6 to 7 pairs perfect.
For the second times for some reasons the glasses get stained It looks like the film get disintegrated with the cleaning solution. I m not sure i can give a scientific reason except the pair is now absolute. I know you are very much customer driven and will replace but unfortunately a solution must be found.

Times definitely have changed with buying your glasses online. I was hesitant but the lensabl team sure did clear it all up and that deserves an Excellent overall in my book. How convenient their process is (ordering, packaging, fast shipping, quality, and exceeding expectations) not to mention their excellent customer service that is fast responsive, another excellent in my view.
My order took 5 weeks to complete and when I received them one side focused up close the other focused across the room. Too many back and forth support conversations for them to admit they made an error. Additionally, I had asked ahead of time if they could match my current prescription, sent RX and charts, and the contact person said they could match and to send them in. When they admitted they had made them incorrectly, they said they would only remake them to the original prescription, which is not what I ordered, and would not refund me my money for glasses I would not be able to use. Skip this service, go to your local eye doctor or even LensCrafters for better service.
This company does not represent an honest glasses and lens provider to the vision concerns of the public. They represent themselves as the Lensabl company located in North Hollywood California. They have no relationship with this laboratory as I personally have gone to this lab as shown on mailing labels provided by Lensabl.com and asked them if the website was part of the way they do business. They were clear that they were not in any way connected to Lensable.com. Lensabl.com does not have qualified opticians that work for them although they represent that they do. If you ask them for proof of that fact, they will not provide it to you. They only communicate through email and no other means. They have no mailing address and use mail fraud to drop ship packages to another location in North Hollywood representing that you are shipping to them. They have a no refund policy that is buried in their website and will not refund your money when requested. They will not answer questions related to technical optical lens questions as they are not opticians nor do they possess knowledge in this field. Lensabl.com does not provide sales receipts or invoices to their customers. Lensable.com is a completely fraudulent Website and do not order anything from them. They only communicate through email only and will not give you proper names, phone numbers or credentials.
Sadly, i gave this company a second chance after last year's problems. Had to send them back at least twice. The person asked for another chance. I reluctantly agreed. Took weeks to even be sent out. The last box finally arrived. I was so frustrated with them that I just refused the last order. I sent an email saying so and that I requested a refund. Never heard a word back. I had to go to another optometrist to get proper lenses. I won't be using thus company again. Thanks for the learning experience.
This was the first time I have tried online lenses. Professionally done. I specially appreciate that they were inspected at the end of the process. When they didn't meet standards, they were redone. It was hard to wait, but I appreciated that extra step of quality assurance. Old lenses were sent back with the new RX. Just like a brick and mortar optometrist would do! My only mistake was in not choosing the more expensive coating. I knew I had always done well with the other coating, but figuring that things change over the years, decided to try the standard coating. For me it makes a difference. Next order I will choose the Crizal coating.
2/5 Order replacement lens, 2/8 Received box to ship frame. 2/14 Lensabl received the frame. Today is 3/5, my frame is still in the lab. I cannot cancel my order per their policy, I have a trip on 3/10. I needed this for my trip. I paid extra for expedite shipping. I am stuck by ordering my replacement glasses for my bose frame from them. Avoid buying from them worst experience ever.

I ordered new lenses through Lensabl I paid $247 for Oakley lenses provided my prescription for the numerous photos, received my first pair and they admitted that they made the wrong prescription and would rectify the situation. They sent me a new box for shipping I sent my frames and a copy of my recent prescription along with new photos and still I can't see out of these prescription lenses. I was advised that after the remake after there own admission of wrongdoing that they would not attempt a third set I am now out $247. Good luck to you I advise you to go elsewhere. Additionally, the only support you get is emails and no customer service on the telephone. Buyer beware
I had a pair of frames that I thought Lensabl wouldn't be able to put lenses in. But I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised that they could! Excellent job! Love my glasses!
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
