Everything that could have gone wrong did! In spite of endless e-mails, delays and order changes. The final product is not what I ordered.
I would return them and have Amex cancel the charge, but I have zero confidence Lensabl can get it right.
I was a very early customer and their first performance was off the charts. This most recent order was miserable all the way around.
They are not what they use to be - go elsewhere!
I ordered 3 sets of lenses, 1 fore and 2 for my wife. My frames were returned with my wife's prescription. This of course was my fault and the only solution was for me to pay for another set of lenses. My wife's 2 frames were received after nearly 2 months. 1 frame was taken apart, no new lenses and YeaaĆ the 3rd pair was returned and was correct. 1 for 3., Not bad for baseball. Their customer service was horrible and all done by text. They would not talk on the phone. My glasses in the end cost me twice what I would have paid at my local optometrist. Never again.

I will be frank, hoping the candor helps Lensabl to get better. I am happier with the 2nd redo than the 1st round. But at the same time something seems slightly off when wearing. I understand getting progressive lenses right online, is hard. I am disappointed it took a month and a redo. I have 2 more frames. I am not sure I will sue Lensabl.
No real updates, it takes much longer than their posted guidelines, I would go with other options. Very disappointed in their customer service
I Like Lensabl. This is my third order. The problem that I have is the 4-6 weeks that it takes to manufacture the new lenses to fit into frames that I send to the company. All 3 orders that I have place have been accompanied by a delay message after the company has had my frames for 10-14 days. It has taken each order 2-5 weeks to be completed after I receive the "delay" message. I also have to contact the company each time to make sure that they are still completing the process. The company states a 5-7 day turn around time for completion. This is false advertising, as far as I can tell. My story 3 orders, taking 4-6 weeks at a minimum. Total time from placing order and requesting a box to ship frames is 6-8 weeks in my experience.
Website says most orders are filled within 1 business day. 4-5 weeks is much more accurate. No phone number to call for customer service. Just an email link on the website. They reply in a day or 2, or 3. Also, very expensive for a set of lenses.

INCREDIBLY BAD. I ordered something in late April and didn't get it until late August, by which time I had moved. That's FIVE MONTHS. I asked for a refund, literally for months and months, over and over again, and they just refused. They just kept telling me I'd have my product next week. FOR MONTHS! I spent months assuming that I had simply been defrauded by some kind of fake web site that took my money and just didn't even have a business of any kind. Not only that, since I moved, I also gave this horrible company my new mailing address several weeks ahead of time, not because I thought they were a legitimate business that had any intention of honoring my order at that point, but because I expected that I would have to take them to small claims court, so I wanted a paper trail which showed that I tried to work with them, politely, at every stage in the process (which I did!). When I found out they were actually going to send me my product after all, I was thrilled. But did they use the mailing address that I had given them weeks ago? No. They used the one I had given them MONTHS AGO when I first placed the order. Luckily my old landlord forwarded it on to me. This is the least professional and most disrespectful business I have ever had the misfortune of doing "business" with. In my personal opinion, they should be shut down. The level of incompetence and lazy indifference is just incredible.
I paid for my glasses on March 7 and as of April 26 I have yet to see them. Contacting them does no good. With Every contact they tell me they will be shipped in a day or so but yet here we are. I have left phone message and asked to speak with a supervisor but get no response. I have never seen such terrible customer service.
I'm very pleased with my new progressive lenses. They are on par of what I've received at my eye doctor's office.
I sent in 4 pairs of frames and 2 prescriptions (two pairs for each person). There have been nothing but problems from the very beginning. Early on, I got an email from a rep there asking why one of the pdf prescriptions didn't match "what you entered in the grid." I didn't enter *anything* into a grid. I sent in pdf photos of the prescriptions my doctor gave us.
Sure enough though, the hand scrawled prescription in the 'grid' didn't match my doctor's.
I wrote back immediately, but got no response, so I called... and called... and called (until I finally got a live person).
When I did, the live person confirmed that the perscription for 2 pairs of frames, was, indeed, wrong. And, they went into production that way! Turns out, someone THERE, at their LAB had transposed the prescription incorrectly. And, without double-checking, or waiting to hear back from the customer, they just went on ahead.
So, production had to be halted and started over with the right prescription.
Here we are, weeks later, and it's nothing but delay after delay. The 'live tracker' (which doesn't work, Lensabl!), shows "7 business days" as the time to shipping. It's said the same thing all week.
When I chatted with customer service, they hemmed and hawed and said, "Well, there was a holiday." I said, "What? Easter? That falls on a Sunday anyway... how is that adding to the delay?" The customer service rep said, "Good Friday is a federal holiday."
Um... no, my dude. It's NOT.
So I have no earthly idea what those Christians are doing over there, at Lensabl. They sure as heck aren't making lenses correctly, or shipping out glasses though!
I couldn't be happier with how my glasses turned out. I loved an old pair of sunglasses that were all scratched up and non-prescription. Another company I have used in the past sent the glasses back to me because they said they could not fix them - the lenses were too big for them to replace. I found Lensabl and they were able to replace the old lens with prescription lenses that are perfect. Thank you! I'll definitely be using Lensabl again. What an easy, seamless system they have in place!
The glasses are beautiful, but I ordered in November of 2021 and just received my glasses today, april 21 2022.
Along the way I had to call, email, beg, message, harass, write anyone and everyone who works here because I had spent so much money on these and I could not reach anyone. Several emails and messages (at least 20) were IGNORED. I really thought I was out of all that money. After 7 months, they refunded me a paltry $56, which did nothing for the months and months and months of uncertainty and TERRIBLE customer service. PLEASE learn from me, order yout glasses from SYLK and take them to an optician. This company is REALLY SCARY>
I was excited to try out the Lensabl Trivex lens. However, there was some ghosting in the first pair of single vision glasses and the focus was just a tiny bit off. So I asked them to try again. They could not have been nicer and the result could not have been better. If you have never considered Trivex, give it a try: more light, brighter colors and slightly sharper clarity. Thank you Lensabl. You have a customer for life.
Recently ordered prescription lenses for my Razer Anzu smart glasses. Box arrived promptly and I've sent the frames back right away, Was able to keep track on what is happening with the process, And properly gave an estimate time. During quality control they noticed some issue with the glasses so they informed me promptly about it, and expedite my orders to make sure it arrived during the time frame they gave me.
I tried to return them and there is no refunds. They fall off my face and I cannot wear them.
Not only did it take 3 months to get my order the Customer service attention by Chesca & Megan was the worst ever. Reached out directly to Bose to provide your horrible service. I bought a Bose frame and order was delayed due to Rx limitations. I was never notified of said delayed. Wasn't till I reached out to your customer service that they said ooh it never going to be made. Then reordering want beyond a nightmare. Let's say more the a dozen emails were sent to be able to get an reorder done and even after that it took more then 2months to get the order delivered. Terrible terrible service horrible service I asked multiple time to get a call and never got a call. I got a offered a discount and it never really happened. I can't believe a how many things your company did wrong in one single order. # *******
First you wouldn't return my old sun glasses, then you lost the second frames I sent you, then weeks later you said you found them, and now your asking about my experience with my new glasses (5 days ago) which I have never received. Do you really want me to describe my experience? HORRIBLE! I hope I get my glasses some day before my prescription changes!
I loved my experience with Lensabl. I bought a pair of luxury eyeglasses and was somewhat nervous to ship them off to have an eye-lens prescription filled however everything worked out perfectly. The customer service representative team kept me updated with the overall process and both pairs of eyeglasses were delivered a week early than what I was told. In the world of tech and constantly being on the go Lensabl was the best for me than going to a brick n mortar store. I'll be using them from now on. Looking forward to seeing the growth of this company.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
