I had an old pair of wire frames my dad wore in the army during World War II. I wanted my prescription in them so I could wear them for sentimental reasons. I took them to the big box lens businesses - they all refused to even try. You took on the challenge and they came out beautiful. Thanks so much!

2023/01/21 - Date of frames with correct prescription lenses received.
I hope in the future they would be able send an email informing me that they are shipping out my order.
I understand and forgive the delayed turn around given that they could be flooded with lots of orders during holiday season.
Outside of holiday season, I expect the turn around is executed accurate time as advertised.
First pair turned out to not be possible to make so after a month, they said I could pick a new pair.
Second pair, I went through their fitting process and all and my glasses don't fit. They work but look funny.
Overall very disappointed.

The ordering process was simple and the box arrived quickly. Send my frame and the tracking process was great. Received my frame with the lens and the quality is great.
I could not find a way to order different power for each eye-maybe it is available but I did not see it.
The process was simple, and the results were great. The lenses appear to be of good quality, and I am so happy I found a simple solution to reuse my favorite frames. I have progressive lenses and added blue light blocking with poly + premium coating. This is usually a really expensive option but found their price to be comparable to local optical centers.
I almost thought about throwing away my old glasses and clip on, but I'm glad I didn't!
Super quick and now they're new
I've ordered lens replacements twice now and am always happy with the results. The ordering process can be confusing at times. Follow up emails have asked me for some specs that eventually aren't required. When I do try to upload the specs, it is not clear where to do this on the site. However, customer support eventually responds to my email and everything is worked out. I love the product, but customer support response times should be improved.
Overall the only place for prescription lenses for Bose that is officially recognized by Bose. But pricing and a very long timeframe are a bit of a downer.

I mean basically as described very simple process just put in my information and bought it. After sending in my glasses they got to work. But the best part is when doing a quality check on the lens they realized wasn't up to standards and notified me right away then they went back and fixed it. I'm glad they chose to notify about the issue and delay.
Not good. Ordered on the 7th of December 2022 and received my Glasses on January 23,2023. At no time did anyone contact me as to why it was taking so long, I had to contact them.
Ordered new lenses for my sunglasses. They are progressives. They were not correct on first try. Worked with an individual to get my PD and other pics and they came out much better the second time.
I am happy with the product, however the wait time was extremely long it took almost 2 months to receive my glasses. The follow up from the lab was extremely slow and once I reach out 2 or 3 time it turn out that my prescription needed a different transition coding. But other than the wait the glasses came out great.
I ordered the glasses in December didn't get them til about a month later. I was a bit worried that the prescription would be off. But it was actually perfect. The website was easy to use. I got exactly what I wanted. I'd have given it a five star review but I didn't enjoy having to wait so long and not have been given an estimate as to how long it would take.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
