I got my order in only a bit more than one week. The quality of the lenses was phenomenal. I really loved the xtractive style mirror. When activated, they looked almost as good as my mirrored sunglasses, even on a cloudy, cold day. The blue light blocking lenses were also good. Although my order was mixed up, they agreed to remake it for free. The customer service was awesome as well. I got my issues resolved quickly, before and after receiving my order. Would definitely recommend.

Love Lensabl!

I have now replaced four frames with new lenses and each time it has been a great experience. Whoever thought of this idea was brilliant. I have so many frames that I love and the lenses were scratched with old prescriptions. I was able to get my lenses replaced and feel like I have four new pairs of glasses! Without feeling like I had to purchase new ones. I don't know it just feels better than buying more and more. This is really how people should get their glasses. Better for the environment. Well done Lensabl!

Surprisingly easy!

I just took my zenni optical rx information and popped it into the website, and sent my glasses in. 2 weeks later I have my specs and all is good! I like their glasses case, but kinda wish they sent my original rayban case back too. It's cool tho.

Great product

The prescription Bose Tempo's are a great product, my husband loves them. Took a month to get them but that was because of a stock issue, not on the part of Lensabl. Customer service was very responsive and kept me posted about delays along the way. Great experience overall.

For The Most Part Pretty Good

Everything was smooth from shipping our frames off to receiving the final product, however I never received the the tracking information for when they shipped it back so I never was notified when we were to receive of lenses.

I was quite skeptical to use an online company to replace my lenses but I'm really glad I did. Not only did I save a ton of money, but they only took about 2 weeks and had them back to me on next day shipping which is faster than from my optometrist so I will be using it again

I love the end result. Perfect prescription and fit/finish. Ordering, however, was clumsy with no option to pick if you don't have to send glasses in (my lens just pop in and out, sunglasses). Noone answered my messages so I had to find a number and call. The rest was pretty straightforward.

Overall the customer service is great. They are responsive and proactive. It was a little concerning how often they had to refit the lenses due to a quality control issues. Oh and they lost my frames which I had sent in but they were great at contacting me and keeping me informed. Even replaced the exact frames at no additional cost to me.

I have purchased multiple pairs of glasses from Lensabl and two of the purchases went well. One purchase there were some minor issues and it was sent for multiple redos before it was finally corrected. It might be a little frustrating to deal with redos.

If you do run into issues, I would recommend that you have a spare pair of glasses because it might take a while before it is resolved.

The quality of lenses are very good. If you get frames from Lensabl, you will likely need to get them adjust to fit for the our wear.

Overall, I do recommend because quality is good, pricing is cheaper than the store, but hopefully you don't run into issues or you can expect a delay for it to arrive.

Thoroughly Professional Service and Support

When I was disappointed with my progressive lenses, Lensabl provided the support to follow up and rework the lenses. It is difficult fitting lenses of this type, in which I use 3 different progressive focal zones - reading, computer screen and distant. Lensabl stuck with me and made sure that I was satisfied with the lenses, advising me to help provide them with more information so they could get it exactly right.

Not so Please

There were no follow-up with my re-order. I had to submit a tracking, I had one agent Melanie hang up on me due to her not having patient with me about my order in which overall cost me over 600.00 and really not worth the trouble. I was not satisfied with the customer service and the follow ups and then the disrespect from agent Melanie

I had lenses made on my existing frames, I had a problem with lenses popping out. No problem... label sent, repair done! Took a bit longer than I expected...3 weeks, but rectified. Worth the wait so far...ok.

Overall experience was quite acceptable. While I can't blame it on the manufacturing I must comment that one of the lenses developed a small chip near the upper edge a few weeks after receiving the glasses. Possible I guess I might have bumped it somehow, but never had this happen before.
