Worst Experience Ever

I ordered my glasses expedited it took them 2 weeks to get them out to me and when I did get them the rx was wrong. Total waste of money an Horrible customer service.

Absolute trash company

Tl;dr - liars that took six weeks to get me lenses.

Shipped two sets of frames in, they said they only received one.

Spent days "looking" for them, then told me they needed to buy replacements. Made me send photos of myself in the "lost" frames and spend time picking out a replacement as they were no longer available.

Tell me they've ordered them, then radio silence for a few weeks. I finally follow up and they tell me they received replacement and will get them right out.

Few more weeks go by till I follow up again, at this point they tell me they need additional prescription info. Okay, fine. Send it in.

Two weeks later I receive THE ORIGINAL FRAMES THEY SAID WERE LOST AND REPLACED.

Not sure if they just don't have their act together or if this is an intentionally malicious way they extend timelines on customers when they get backlogged - but I'm not the only person with the same experience.

Avoid these people, plenty of places to get lenses made for your frames. Not worth the headache.

Best Lens Update

Extremely pleased with the updated prescription lens replacement. Quality of work exceeded my expectations. Just as important, glasses were delivered on time. I like being able to track progress online from start to finish as my lenses are being prepared. I would highly recommend this service.

Poor quality!

Had to send the glasses back 2 times to have lenses redone do to scratches within 1 month. Though they did replace for free I had to pay postage for sending them back, so it wasn't entirely free. Very poor quality even though I paid additional for scratch resistance. Would not use them again!

Easy but not pleased

Easy experience but not happy with the results. I had my prescription put into Ray-ban sunglasses but they didn't tint the new lenses dark like the originals. They are pretty much clear sunglasses that I won't even wear now...

Wait time was longer than expected. The reading area is also larger than expected, taking up more than 60 percent of the lens are. I wish I had the opportunity to specify my preferences when ordering.

This is hands down my favorite place to get lenses made. The work product is great quality and I love the people. But something is wrong inside the organization. I sent in two pairs of frames at the same time. One arrived back in about 2.5wks. Longer than promised, but still fine. But the other pair got stuck in processing and no one messaged me. After 5 weeks, they finally arrived. I was told there was a QC issue, but that's vague and can't explain a 5 week timeframe.

I really hope this gets fixed. And I hope there's nothing serious going on operationally inside the company.

Beware of scam artists

I don't doubt that some people get some type of product or service from this company that helps them. They have been an absolutely nightmare for me. I placed an order for three separate products the same day. Each of them have had significant problems after almost 6 months. Order 1 was for a pair of dark lenses for a Oakley frames. I have never received them. They don't acknowledge this... nothing. Order 2 was for a pair of clear lenses for Oakley frame. They first sent lenses that weren't even close to fitting the frames. Then I have to send my original lenses and frames back to them for another 2 months while they work on it again. They finally got this to me after 5 months. Third order is the worst! I order a pair of glasses with dark prescription lenses. I get these fairly quickly for LENSABL (3 months.) They look fine, but my eyes are always feeling weird when I wear them outside. I finally realize after a couple months that one of the lenses is normal (like I ordered) and the other is a transition lense (which means it gets MUCH darker when I'm outside than the other lens.) LENSABLE will not respond to me. I have left dozens of messages for their customer service OVER MONTHS and they will not respond.
