Endless frustration at lying staff, without constant inquiries by myself, I never would have gotten my glasses. And they KNEW that it was an outdated prescription.

Lensabl hooked me up with blue light blocking lenses in frames I already owned. Sending my frames in and subsequently receiving them back was a very smooth process; thank you Lensabl!

Lensable promises to deliver within 6 days but my order took three times as long. When I called to track order, I was kept waiting for over 20 minutes. When they answer, they tell you to send email or follow up on my Lensable account. Email responses are delayed by 2 or more days and some never respond to. I use Eyebuy.com exclusively but decided to try out Lensable because my frame (Bose Tempo) required special lenses. Related to that, customer service was unhelpful in obtaining certain lens measurements. They could not explain the measurements and why they are needed. The final lens provided was of barely average quality. Overall, highly dissatisfied. Will not use Lensable again!

I've had multiple scratch marks on my old lens and it was hard to see thru them. I had blurred images which can be very annoying. The replacement lenses look great on my frame and it's so clear.

Even that it took a little while my glasses came perfect. I didn't have any problem with the prescription, they handle it as an experts. Thank you!

Lensabl did a great job removing the reader lenses from my wooden frames from another maker. They also were able to make my new lenses and put them in these frames with no problems. They also did this same process much faster than another service I have used previously.

I have heard some mixed reviews about Lensabl. And while my review is clearly anecdotal, I am very happy with the service I received. The ordering and shipping instructions are clear, and the quality of their lenses are excellent. No complaints at all with their product. My frames were kept free from any damage during the process as well.

The order placement was easy. It was fulfilled fast and all my doubts and questions answered. I absolutely love the finished product from Lensabl. I recommend Lensabl highly.

I got new lenses for my existing frame, but it took close to two months to get it. Apparently, they were unable to make the lens I wanted for the frame, so they sent an email asking if I am okay with getting different lenses. Unfortunately, didn't see this email, and I wish I did because the next time they reached out to me was a month later by email. Seriously? A month? You can fault me for not seeing the first email, but you waste my time and yours getting a job done for an actual month when further correspondence should have been made much, much sooner?

In the end, I saw the second email, approved of the changes and got my frames back with new lenses about two weeks later.

Am I happy with the lenses? Yes. Did I like process it took to get it? Absolutely not.

Pretty smooth process. Happy with the results of the lenses. These were frameless frames so it is a difficult job.

It would have been a 5 star but do to problems in production there was a delay which was handled well.

The process for updating the lenses in my eyeglass frames was easy and flawless. I agonized over not being able to find new frames I liked. Fortunately I was able to keep wearing them because of Lensabl's awesome process of retrofitting new lenses to existing frames. I highly recommend their process!

I bought about 5 pairs of different lenses from them. Mostly progressives with transitions. If you buy progressive lenses opt for the Shamir and pay the extra. They're as good as some of the more expensive Varilux. Don't buy the cheaper progressives! You'll be sorry! Also I have to say Megan and Kaylia are really great at solving problems. It's a big business and sometimes they are overwhelmed. But if you want quality Shamir lenses, it's all worth it. I only had one problem and the ladies I mentioned took care of it asap. Megan who is one of the managers had my problem fixed and replaced in a week! Love these guys!

I was hesitant using an online company, but the experience has been outstanding, and the lenses were perfect

I had an old pair of wire frames my dad wore in the army during World War II. I wanted my prescription in them so I could wear them for sentimental reasons. I took them to the big box lens businesses - they all refused to even try. You took on the challenge and they came out beautiful. Thanks so much!
