Receipt of finished product took a lot longer than I thought it was supposed to be. However I ordered around the holidays so that probably affected the production.
The lenses themselves are just ok. There is noticeable distortion at the edges but I don't look along the edges that often. Still a pretty good price for a new set of lenses. I took advantage of 25 percent off around the holidays.
I was happy with the performance of this company, my only concern was that I think the left and right prescription was mixed up because they don't quite look the same through as my other glasses do. It is not too big of a deal as both eyes are close to the same, only.5 of a difference.
This is the second pair of glasses I've ordered through Lensabl. Both times were using the service where existing frames were sent to have new prescription lenses put in.
Overall, quality and service were very good. The only issue is that both times, fulfilling the order was delayed. Both times, the delay was said to be due to lenses failing QC and needing to start over. The first time, the delay was about two weeks. The second time was closer to a month.

I've ordered a bunch of stuff from Lensabl over the ears, but this order got a little squirrelly. The software allowed me to order a lens that doesn't exist, apparently. Customer Service contacted me to ask about a substitution. That took a few back-n-forths, but we got that resolved. Then my RX was missing information, but I only figured that out by logging in and seeing my order was on hold. I've never had to enter this info before, but sure... I do want the most accurate RX possible. OK. Then I'm just wondering where my order is... I log back in, and the status is again listed at on hold. I contact Customer Service, and the lenses are on the way, as it turns out. They show up a few days later, and the the RX is perfect. In the end it all worked out, and I am grateful everyone did their job. It just took a bit longer than normal, and that all could have been prevented if the ordering software caught some of those miss-matched options and missing information.
Great way to replace lens only when you have frames that you really like and don't want to replace.
Got a pair of frames free with lenses, and only paid $70ish dollars for a new pair of glasses that I needed. Very nice.
When I received my sunglasses back the frames we very large and falling off. When I sent them in the frames were slightly tight. I will go back to the shop I bought them from and ask to get adjusted. Also there is a lot of glare add the sun is not blocked out as much as previous prescription sunglasses I have had in the past. My eyes are very light sensitive. Thank you
I sent in my RAYBAN stories for replacing the lenses and they told me the lab is unable to replace it for me. I had to send another pair. I did. But they have never return the RAYBAN stories. It is gone! I have made numerous calls and emails and they keep apologizing but they just cannot return my RAYBAN stories

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
Answer: I am having the same experience. Took my money, lost my frames and have done nothing on refund nor damages. I filed with BBB as well. Why are they still in business is a surprise to me?How many more consumers do they need to harm before they are fined and/or shut down?
