I placed the order, was given an approximate delivery date. That date went by and heard nothing. Had to call and find out what's going on. Answers were slow coming. Finally was told my order failed quality inspection and would have to be re-entered into the system and that took a long time. Bottom line is poor communication, long wait time, but final product is acceptable.

Costumer service was fast and transparent regarding my lenses. However, my frame had a slight damage, which was not there before.

The turnaround time for these lenses was about 6 weeks, which was way longer than stated in the buying process. Apparently, there was an issue with my selection and the combination of lenses and coating was not allowed. I had no way of knowing this and did not find out until I contacted customer support after 4 weeks to get an update.

The website left a lot to be desired.
I ordered progressive sunglasses and they are okay - not the same as my regular glass perscription but okay. The arms of the glasses are way too open to stay on my head so I will have to manage that somehow.

The company informed me wrong about what to purchase and then said it refunded me while it didn't. I had to reach our again and all of the sudden got the instant refund. I had to start a second order and then I waited for my lenses for almost 3 weeks.

This is a great service for you if you already have your frames and need some new lenses that give you lots of options for transitions colors I thought that was kind of neat. Along with the fact that the first time I got my glasses they weren't completely right it was due to my own errror of not sending the pictures that were necessary. But they gladly let me return the glasses and fixed them with completely new lenses after I sent them the pictures that were necessary

Trying to get prescription lenses on your website was very confusing and caused a delayof 2 months trying to get my glasses. I'll be looking for a different company next time my subscription changes.

They consistently go above and beyond. Glasses broke, they offered to replace them. Will be a lifelong customer if they keep this up!

Lensabl, has done at least 5 pair of prescription lense replacements for me. Great job each time and done timely.

Only part that was tricky for my experience as a person living in a city low rise was it was left outside in the freezing rain.

I'm very happy with my purchase. It's great that Lensabl was able to put my prescriptions into these gorgeous vintage frames I bought at a local shop. Highly recommend! Fast and affordable- cheaper than at my eye doctor.

It was such a pleasant experience. Easy to upload all important information for the order. Glasses arrived timely and in a great little box.

I'm very happy with my lenses. My only complaint: I waited a few weeks to receive my lenses when delivery was promised within 6 business days. A rep later explained the cause: The lenses had not passed final inspection and needed to be redone. I would definitely use Lensabl again.

Glasses took longer than expected but the lens are great. But I will say the frames were bent I had to adjust them to fit correctly.

Product good! But took a bit, they had to redo my lenses due to a lab issue. They were slow to communicate updates.
