When I reviewed my order it said information was incomplete tried to find out what was wrong, no reply. Glasses came and they are great.
Paid full price for Lensabl membership only for them to drop a 20% off coupon 3 days later. Used customer service form on website to ask about price adjustment and never got a response. Ordered my "free" pair of progressive lenses which cost me an additional $180 dollars due to upgrading to "premium" progressive lens and adding a mirrored Transitions coating (which I like). Because of the Transitions coating it took around a month to finally get my glasses which they do warn you about on the website. The segment height on the glasses was fine and overall the glasses are too but for the money and time involved to get them I'm not impressed. Will probably not order from this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.
I got my prescription and started to enter my details. I saw that I had an option to upload a picture, so I did. Lensabl made the lenses based on the two or three blanks I filled in and not on the prescription I uploaded. They claim they never received it. They refuse to fix the issue. I've had to contact my credit card company to dispute. What a headache. On top of that, the frames look like they were roughly handled because there are scratches on the frame. Save yourself the time and hassle and go somewhere else!
This is my third time using lensabl and they did a great job each time. I got an email that said my lenses didn't pass inspection, so they had to do them again. Once they fixed the problem they shipped them to me, California to Texas, in two days. Great job and highly recommended.
Received my box for shipping to lab quickly, and received my glasses 7 days after I shipped them out, which was fast. Lenses are perfect, glasses are in exact condition that I shipped them in, and the cleaner works excellently.
The lens corrections on my readers must have been swapped to distance. I ordered a single vision readers, but I was delivered a distance correction.
I opened an incident to get this corrected but it's moving really really slow.
Just received my sunglasses back after sending them in to Lensabl to have prescription lenses installed. They look exactly like the original color lens and they still fit nice and snug. I'll most definitely send in future pairs to have them upgraded too!
