I dont like that if more info is needed they dont reach out to you, you just have to keep checking your order. This is the second time it's happened. Entire process took over a month. Even after I updated info needed it took another 2-3 weeks. There begins to be no benefit then going to and eye care store. You guys got the idea right but your not hitting on all cylinders.

With my involved prescription, it can cost me $600 or more for a pair of glasses. Now, being able to buy frames and send away for lenses makes it so much more affordable.they did a nice job

You received my frame on Feb 8,2023. I received my glasses on Mar 3,2023. This is more than 3 weeks! No updates were sent to me whatsoever in between, only a constant "Your order will complete in approximately 6 business days" message on your website.

I've was panicking because I've never used this type of service before and read reviews about other glasses labs that ppl ship too and their prescription lenses getting lost in the mail/dhoppijg and stuff So I was scared that was gonna happen to mine.

I love my glasses. I shipped my frames to them, lenses were put in quick and I had them back within 2 weeks of shipping them out. The only issue I had was my original frame case was not returned.
I found this business via google and decided to give them a try. Site was intuitive and easy to use. Took 2 1/2 weeks door to door for the glasses to get done, which is in the ballpark of the 6-8 business days advertised and better than some of the stories from other customers. Quality of work was excellent, communication with Lensabl staff also prompt overall a good experience.

And every time I called I was told it would ship in 3 days. The people I spoke with on the phone were not helpful at all. When I got my glasses I will say the product was excellent however. The sunglasses I sent in I could tell were replaced with a new pair. They were tight and over the course of the week started
To stretch out. I probably would not use the service again because it just took too long and I don't feel like they were being honest with me through the process.
I placed an order on their site in early January. Lenses for Amazon frames. After they charged my credit card and no response after three weeks I put a message on their site. They said to send an order confirmation. I had not received that. They then said there was nothing they could do and had no record of my order or payment. I sent them a copy of my credit card transaction and they said they did not have record of my payment and told me to take it up via my credit card company. I even called and got the same answer. My credit card company gave me a credit. They emailed me 2-3 weeks after that initial email exchange saying they finally found my payment but I told them I didn't want anything more from them. They said I never placed an order but I told them I did and even uploaded my prescription. Be careful with this company and make sure you keep on top of them even if they said you never paid!
After several emails back and forth with customer support about the prescription and a month long process to get that right, I was able to ship my sunglasses to the lab. The lab work took another almost month to get the sunglasses back. The quality is excellent.
Didn't rate it 5 stars since I specifically requested for returning my old lenses but didn't get it back. Had two big hand written notes pasted on the box, still was ignored.
My eye insurance is pathetic and with lensabl I always beat the price of what it would cost me at a participating store. This time with my progressive lenses and transitions I saved over $200 and I can still submit for a partial reimbursement from insurance. This is my 3rd time using lensabl, it won't be my last
I am so impressed by lensabl. The whole process was easy. I picked out my frames, mailed them in, and in return I received a perfect pair of glasses that I love and one hundred dollars less than at my optometrist office.
I did receive my RayBan sunglasses, but the prism was left out of my subscription. I contacted Lensabl and they are in the process of correcting my prescription. Jove of Lensabl provided great customer service.
I just received my glasses and my prescription is correct and I see well. I often have difficulty with my prescription due to the prism. Lensabl did a great job with the lens replacement.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
