I placed my order and it took two months to receive my prescription glasses back. After a month of them having my glasses and me reaching out for a status update, I was told additional information was needed. After I sent what was missing it took an additional three weeks to get my glasses back. The prescription was done correctly, but the length of time was ridiculous and as a result I will not recommend them and will not utilize their service again. I was short of filing a claim with PayPal, but they showed up the same day.

It took almost 4 weeks from when they received my frames and the order until I received my glasses. WAY too much time.
I bought the cutest frames (just for the frames) not expensive at all and Lensabl was able to put my prescription lenses in them no problem, when everyone else said it was not possible! Love them!
Easy to order, could have used a better model of myself virtually wearing the frames. I saw on other sights I could move my head around wearing the frames and that really drove my frames decision.

Folks - overall my experience was solid. My feedback is that I packed my glasses in the original package from Bose. Which, included the charging cord and warranty. I had to incur an additional cost to replace the charger and my fingers are crossed I don't need proof of purchase if they break. Something to share with your fulfillment manager. Great job everywhere else. I would return as a customer.

Am still in the process of dealing with Lensabl with regards to a wrong prescription which was completed. Sent an email reply a few days ago and still have not received a response.
Though my frames were not in the best condition, they are my favorite, and Lansabl did a great job in replacing the lenses!
I never thought I would find a pair of frames that fit me but with Lensabl I was able to make a pair of shades into reading glasses and I am in love. Actually putting my prescription to use now because the frames compliment my face so well.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
