I've ordered Rx lenses twice and instead being a simple transaction where u pay, get service done and go home w your product- that has not been my experience. For eyeglasses with lensabl. Both times my lenses were made, didn't pass inspection and had to be remade causing delays with delivery.
The process was very snow. It took more that 2 month to complete my order.
Took longer than advertised, but very pleased I was able to use older frames. I use Costco for glasses but they don't allow outside frames.
It took over 30 days for my order. They kept saying it shipped. Iit had not. Finally came...lenses are full of rainbows, super thick, when I paid over $100.00 extra for premium lenses. They are progressive, but they are all in incorrect spot on eye. They will refund if I pay $125.00 restocking fee plus postage. This was my second try. First time they broke my frames. This also took 30 days. I had tried again because the first pair were thin and agreeable. I thought bad service and broken frames may be a one time occurance. Don't do what I did. Customer service will not help!
I'm not a frame addict, but I like what I like and have a hard time letting go. That's the biggest reason I love Lensabl. I can keep the frames I love in rotation without sacrificing the actually-most-important ability to see clearly! It's win win win.

I proceed. I not only fill the online prescription.
I sent in a copy of the prescription with the old lenses still in frame for proper measurements.
I had not been given a return notification.

Anti glare... I can see my self from the inside of the glasses vey well.
All and all it took almost 2 months. And they are not what I would get at the optometrist office.

The shipping of the initial box for me to ship my frames in was extremely slow even though I paid for priority shipping. I had to follow up a few times to get that initial box shipped to me. After the frames were sent in, there was no follow up email when the glasses were ready and did not provide any shipping info. The package just showed up on my doorstep one day.
I placed my order and it took two months to receive my prescription glasses back. After a month of them having my glasses and me reaching out for a status update, I was told additional information was needed. After I sent what was missing it took an additional three weeks to get my glasses back. The prescription was done correctly, but the length of time was ridiculous and as a result I will not recommend them and will not utilize their service again. I was short of filing a claim with PayPal, but they showed up the same day.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
