As a 49 yr old, I finally gave in and ordered my first pair of bi-focal lenses to go in a pair of fav frames. While still somewhat subtle, I didn't think the line would be quite as pronounced, but I am new to this game. Functionally they're amazing - perhaps life changing. Service and process was great. Expect at least 10 days for turn around including shipping. Thank you, Lensabl.

I had quite a few issues with Lensabl, and though their customer service team was wanting to help, I ended up not being very satisfied with the final work. It was delayed in getting back to me due to "quality checks" but when my glasses got back to me, the nose pads were bent out of place. How much quality did they actually check?
I was looking from long time a place to do my prescription lenses not too expensive, and finally I found Lensabl. Navigating the website was simple. Took exactly 2 weeks for my glasses to arrive. I bought the Bose tenor sunglasses with clear lens. It's great but the only issue is the Bose sunglasses is that it's little too tight. The Bose Sunglasses sample ones I tried on at Best Buy weren't as tight as my Lensabl ones. I tried getting my glasses adjusted at a glasses store but they warned me about the heat possibly damaging the Bose wires
After waiting longer than expected for a lens replacement on some frames I sent in, I was notified that there was an accident and the frames broke in the process. They assured me they would replace them free of charge with the original manufacturer! All looks great and they were very prompt with their responses. I've had a few lenses replaced with them and have had great experiences every time.
I will tell you about my last 3 years that I been placing orders to them.
First year I will not complain, everything was perfect, I loved my glasses, their were fantastic.
Second year something went wrong, but hey, everybody have mistakes, they misread my prescription and boom, when they arrived I couldn't use them because I couldn't see, blurry sight, so I send them back to remake them, so that take another month, plus the 3 weeks that they took at first, any way, it was the first time making something wrong so I could live with it.
Third time on their site tracker the production didn't moved, so I called and see what's the deal, and they said that I missed the pupillary distance which it was false since you can read it in the prescription that I sent to them, when my glasses arrived, surprisingly I can see a fingerprint from somebody that touched when they were coating them, the coat was fresh and they didn't care, for unbelievable that it looked they sent me my glasses like that, so as you can figure it out, I have to returned them back, so her we go again, another month to "redo" or should I said to repair their mistake, that's it to me, enough is enough, there isn't another chance for "Lensable", a work that takes 2 weeks these guys turned it into a month or more, that is unacceptable, on top of that now I need to find another reliable company to make my glasses.

They did a good job replacing my sunglasses lenses, they look great. Finally polarized! It just took much longer than I thought it would and their "tracking feature" never updated until the item shipped. Still 9/10 would use again.

I had one of my sunglasses changed to prescription lenses for driving. A consumer report article recommended a few lenses replace companies, and I picked up Lensabl based on overall good ratings. My sunglasses came back very quickly and I am very pleased with the results. I'm sending my another sunglasses to have them changed with prescription lenses. I would use Lensabl again in the future and highly recommend Lensabl.

I have worn glasses since 4th grade, and trust me that was A LONG time ago. I recently had cataract surgery and no longer need anything other reading glasses. I have some frames that I love, and I heard about Lensabl so I thought I would give them a try. I sent off a pair of frames and everything worked smoothly and easily. I had a few questions once my glasses were received, and the Lensabl service person answered right away. I have a few more frames that I will send to them. I think it is a great service, and they are very attentive and service-driven.
Clear instructions, easy process, good lenses. It's pricey to do lenses but more competitive than other options.
It took almost 2 months for delivery. Had to email customer service several times to receive update. Customer service agent was VERY rude. Needless to say, I won't use or recommend again.

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
Answer: I am having the same experience. Took my money, lost my frames and have done nothing on refund nor damages. I filed with BBB as well. Why are they still in business is a surprise to me?How many more consumers do they need to harm before they are fined and/or shut down?
