The customer service who assured me there was no way they could be cheaper material and patronized me by telling me they are experts and I didn't know what I was talking about. I took them to Pearle Vision and they agreed with my, these lenses didn't look like high index material.
No offer of a refund, or even a discount. I had 4 other frames I was ready to send them. But they needed to be right and not care about repeat business.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I needed reading lenses put in my own frames (because I have a narrow face and it's hard to find glasses that fit me). When I received my glasses back from Lensabl with the new frames, they looked great and they work great. They were packaged well and even came with nice cases and a cleaning kit. I'm using my glasses now, and they're perfect for me.
Received my new glasses 2 months after I mailed them to Lensabl. The very expensive wire frames broke with a loose screw and the lens fell out. This happened within 1 weeks of receive the lens.
The quality of the prescription is very good. The communication and online checking not so good. I never got an email saying my lenses are complete nor any shipping information, Until the day they arrived. I went online to try to check on the status, but couldn't get any info. This is frustrating to the client, and you should correct it.
The experience started off right accepting my payment, and the shipping box showed fairly quickly and they noted my glasses were received. It was thereafter that communication updates ended. I supplied glasses to have lenses fitted to and they broke. That's not really a reflection of Lensabl, but they never notified me if this until I reached out and they had not timeline. They did replace the frames and appear to be authentic Raybans. What was most troubling was there was very little communication and even in the end I was never notified they were shipped. All in all the process was very long and I missed a month of having prescription sunglasses. The quality of the prescription is accurate and boxing etc was clean and professional.
Sent my frames, got thin transition progressives, great lenses with all the options
They broke the frames I mailed in 10 business days after it was received. They had to order brand new frames, and then fit my prescription into that instead. Which basically made me wait almost 2 months to receive my order.

Super happy with what I finally received, but a little disappointed that it took 2 months to get to me. I had to keep checking on the status, rather than proactively being informed at any point what was going on, including when my order had to be remade due to quality issues.
Love that Lensabl is able to take any frames and add prescription lenses. We had a pair of Warby Parker glasses, and they couldn't even change the lenses of their own frames, which was odd to us. They came in great! The only thing is that it took about a month from order to received, which was longer than we anticipated it taking.

I've placed two orders with Lensabl for lense replacement and am happy with the outcomes. The transition lenses are amazing and great for the price. With my first order, they needed further information, and I feel I should have received a phone call alerting me to this. I wasn't even aware until I logged into my account that my frames were just sitting in the lab waiting. This added a significant amount of time to my order. With my second order, all went well but it still took over 2 weeks from start to finish to receive my glasses back - that's a long time to be without glasses.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
