Third time's a charm?

I bought a pair of glasses while in Paris. When I got home I re-tested my eyes for a new Rx.
I sent both to you, they came back un-wearable (the Rx was so wrong in the lenses). I sent them back, they came back better, but they are progressives and when I look down it's very distorted.
I mostly wear them (and all my glasses) for driving and long-distance vision, so I am tolerating them.

So helpful! With vintage frames!

Such a fantastic staff! I sent in a pair of vintage frames in need of prescription lens and took the photos for the measurements. But I'd held the strip card the wrong way and had already mailed off the frames! No problem. They walked me through what to do, I got my frames back with prescription progressive transition lens, and they are 100% perfect!

Simple process

The process to replace lenses for eye glass is simple and without issue. Had glasses back to me with new prescription in 2 weeks. No need to pay extra for new frames I do not need.

Eyeglasses lenses

I order my 2 progressive lenses, after reviewing the Lensabl, company i decided they were to slow and
Quality of the work on pat customers was to much of headache. If you want to buy from a company that does not a refund after 14 days, then that your right. I rather buy from some company that is not in for the money. I order from another online lenses company and they cancel me due to a (High script).
Healthcare is an gamble, be carefull.

Update the status

I ordered these lenses and the people were very helpful but every time I checked the status it said that they were in the lab and would be shipped in about six days. It said that for about two weeks! Please update the status of orders as I know I was looking forward to receiving my lens and there was no update what so ever. That either means that nothing has been done or your company does not care enough about the consumer to update the status. II had to call to get an update.

Still waiting

I have been waiting for over two months for the return of my glasses. When I go to my account portal to determine the status, it says it is awaiting shipping. It has been in this status for over three weeks now. If they're ready to ship, why don't you just ship them Lensabl? I called customer service and spoke to Tony, who said the glasses were being shipped out two days ago. He gave me a tracking number for USPS, but when I enter it, it says it is an invalid number. I don't believe I will ever see my Ray bans again. I would recommend you stay away from this company!

Things Have Changed

I have purchased lenses from lensabl before and was so impressed with the quick turn around and great price. I recently decided to have my reading lenses replaced with a new Rx rather than get new frames from my doc. But this time my order took forever. There were details that needed to be added for fitting and I didn't get an email notifying me (or it went to spam). They sat there for 2 weeks til i wondered where my order was. Upon checking, i realized they needed more info. I sent it. Then it took 2 more weeks to get them done. The "status bar" on the site isn't accurate. I had to email customer service to get the status. The rep said they were done and would be in the mail soon. 4 more days pass and they finally arrive. They turned out ok. The ear was a bit bent and i had to fix myself. Overall it took a month to get the glasses back and i needed them for work. I wouldn't mind if lensabl just altered their terms of service and gave real turn around times. The price is still right, but there is no way they are able to fill orders in 2 weeks anymore (my first order was done in 2 weeks) update the status car on the site or take it down to give customers realistic expectations of turn around. In total this order took 1 month to be completed.

Should have read the reviews before ordering

I gave 2 stars because once I got my glasses I was very happy with them. The reason I give a low rating is because they sent me my glasses FUBAR first, after a month; in that time there was a message that the QC department found a problem with the lenses and they'd have to be recut. See photo comparing the original lenses to the replacement glasses they sent first -- I've outlined the bifocal part with white tape. Then it took another month to return them; my sending several emails to answer questions, which were in the order in the first place; and finally get them back to me. I had sent them a pair of frames which were a good Rx but I wanted them as sunglasses. I wear bifocals; I'm very nearsighted. The first delivery of the glasses had the second Rx (the lesser power) floating in the middle of the lenses. They were unusable. Normally the lesser Rx goes in the lowest one-third of the frame -- not in the middle. I was amazed that they could send out a pair of bifocals like that. Who in the eyeglass industry doesn't know how bifocals should be laid out?
Update: After receiving a polite apology from what seems to be a real human being, Megan H, I've upgraded my evaluation. It seems there may be some responsible humans working at Lensabl after all. She also explained the term, segment height, which I had tried to describe in my first review. Thank you for that lesson.
(Although the attributed cause of the first pair of messed up glasses, two photos, which I did send on May 3,2023 to Shavelle, in the customer care team, still seem to remain lost in the ether and unacknowledged.)

Waste of time and money
August 6, 2023

Took them over a month and a half and me emailing twice before I was told they lost the frames I shipped. Never ended up getting the eyeglasses I really need and the refund process still hasn't hit my account weeks later. Just awful.

Overall I am satisfied. Only comments would be that I think the prices are a bit high for just lenses and the process takes too long. I've ordered frames and lenses online from China, that I received faster and for less $.
