My lenses are great but I took almost a month to receive them. I wish they had communicated better about the length of time it would take.
I had an issue that was resolved immediately by the Customer Service team.
Lensabl made it easy to pick all the features I wanted from their menu, maybe too easy. In the end I wasn't sure if the combination I picked was sensible or contradictory or overkill. I wish the system had made it more clear which options they recommended for different purposes. I do wish they could get darker. All that said, the glasses work great and look good.
The whole process was made easier due to my local eyeglass people measuring for my prescription.
With progressive lenses, it's important to get accurate measurements!

Initially thought glasses had not been delivered. Contacted Lensabl customer service. Was told it was the reponsibility of USPS; nothing they could do! Fortunately, glasses later foiund under some bushes, so no harm, no foul. Perhaps Lensabl should require their packages to be signed for!
Had to have the glasses made twice, 1st pair were not wearable but they took care of it.
Received my order timely but I can't use it because the reading part of my bifocal is in the center of the lens instead of down. I just can't see with it.
Went smoothly until they didn't happen to mention the photo for the ppd wasn't accepted. It wasn't until I asked about progress 2 weeks later that they ever mentioned I needed to give more info. Outside of that it was pretty normal. Getting to try to skip sending frames for proprietary lens that you run promos for can help speed things up barring any miscommunication.
I had custom prescription lenses made for my Bose frames by Lensable. They were great, but after several months of wearing them they suddenly developed lines in the lenses that gave me headaches after prolonged wearing. I contacted Lensable and asked if that might be covered by the extended warranty I had bought (as I had everything shipped to Canada, I wanted to be covered for every eventuality).
Not only did Lensable re-do my order at no cost, they even shipped them for free to my home. My new lenses are incredible! Just in time, for summer arrived here yesterday (my lenses adjust to sunlight). Communication with the Lensable team was also outstanding. No fuss, no hassle, just great customer service. A big shout out to Jove & the entire team at Lensable. You guys are awesome

Had a fabrication issue, lenses came only tinted when I ordered mirrored. Customer service took care of everything and I got my lenses very quick. I used lensabl several times now, overall experience fantastic. Great job.

I placed my order on Feb 17th, and I got my glasses from you the first week of April, and it was the wrong power lenses. I returned them to you, and you verified they were terrible lenses. I got another set of glasses today from UPS, and they are still the wrong lenses. Send the UPS to pick up this garbage, and do not send any replacement. I am getting my money back from Amex and report you, people, to BBB. This needs to stop. You are running a scam, and I will notify you. I hope we can start a CLASS ACTION against your company.

I replaced old lenses in old frames. Initial process was easy, used a shipping label and my own box, waited and waited and waited, after two weeks I requested information on my order and was told that my lenses had failed to the final reviewed and were sent back to be remade. I was never notified about the failure which doubled my wait time. Once i received my order I realized my original glasses case was missing, when I again reached out to customer service they told me all items were thrown away and proceeded to show three year old screen shots of the shipping box, which I did not use, a link to the FAQ's, which I didn't read as I didn't have an issue at the beginning of the process. I then replied to that email and have yet to hear anything in return, not even a "sorry of your disappointment, it's your fault but we do appreciate you being a client and hope you are satisfied with the quality of our craftsmanship" NOTHING! I think the reason I was so bugged at losing my old case was that it was the original sturdy Oakley case that has traveled with me to many countries and closer destinations. It was replaced with a crappy made white triangle piece of junk that would not have lasted nearly as long.
I had prescription lenses replaced in Ray Bans. This is the third time I have used Lensable. Great experience each time.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
