I've been trying to get my daughter to wear her glasses for years. But while the optometrist had a solid variety of frames, they did not speak to my 13 year old. That's where Lensabl came in! With their help I was able to match their lenses with my daughter's favorite sunglasses frames. After a bit of struggling to get the lenses to pop in, she hasn't meaningfully taken her glasses off since!

I placed my original order with Lensble on 07/20/2023. After sending in my frame, I received my frames back on 08/19/2023. Upon inspection of my frame, I discovered, the lenses were not made according to my prescription and did not have the transition feature for me to read up close. I contacted the company, an they asked to resend the frames back to them or a redo. This was on 08/29/2023. I received the frames back the second time on on 09/28/2023. The lenses were done correctly according to my prescription, this time. However, they were installed crooked on the frames and the frames sit crooked ad uneven on my face preventing me from seeing and reading properly. One side sits higher than the other side on my face and I constantly have to tilt or adjust my head to be able to read. Further, i paid fo Transition lenses, an glare reduction on my lenses. The lenses I have received don't have those extra features. I am in law school and in desperate need for my glasses to be able to read. I have paid close to $500 for these lenses and after 3 months of going back and forth, I still don't have a satisfactory pair of glasses I can rely on. The customer care never provided any update on when i could expect my frames to be delivered, the second time around, even when I reached out to them by email. This whole process has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend their services.

I'm happy with the finished product (new lenses in existing frames), but the process took longer than expected (one month from order to arrival). Lensable should use the app "eye measure" from the start to collect pupil distance and other metrics needed. That's what slowed down the process.

My order took almost one month to complete.
Once I did receive my glasses, I had a very difficult time adjusting to them. I felt cross-eyed when they were on so I took them to a local lens facility and had them inspected. Even though I provided the requested photo for measuring ocular center, I was told these lenses were "not even close" to correct.
Since Lensabl doesn't offer refunds I ended up having new lenses made locally, in under 2 days, because I did not want to wait another month for them and risk having more issues.

Easy ordering process. I was able to submit my prescription, a picture of my current frames, and additional measurements. I got a quick response telling me I can have my new prescription in my old frames My only issue was the turnaround time from sending my frames to receiving my new ones, but it seemed to be a USPS issue.

Do not buy progressive lenses from them. I had help from lendable to fill in the form and they were wrong. The lenses looked horrible. I've never seen anyone wear anything like this. It was abysmal and unwearable. Lensable blames me and will not refund my money. They will file the lenses to make them flat and not raised up but that is not a solution for me. Lensable does not care if customers are satisfied. Beware! They do not care.

Do not ever order progressive lenses from them. I was sent back unwearable glasses which they claim I ordered. Having worn progressive lenses for years I would never order this. The company does not care about customers at all.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
