As the title indicates, the glasses took twice as long as the estimate on the web site. I did not receive any communication on the progress of the order or when they shipped.

Ordering was pretty easy. I sent my frames off and received my glasses back pretty quickly. However, I had ordered progressive lenses and they were obviously not progressive lenses. I emailed customer service and received a shipping label promptly. I sent my glasses back. After that, it was somewhere near a month before I received them. I emailed customer service a few times during this time period requesting a status and wasn't really given a response until my glasses were set to ship. I honestly didn't mind that they were taking so long as long as they were done right, it just would've been nice to get some sort of estimated arrival. The glasses arrived back, this time with progressive lenses. They still seem a bit off compared to the glasses I got locally, but they work fine as a backup which is what I wanted anyhow. Overall, the experience was just okay. I would not rely solely on Lensabl for my next pair of glasses, but I would probably use them for another set of backup glasses.

After shopping the on line "lens replacement" companies, I chose Lensabl to put prescription lenses in my Bose Smart Glasses. Sent my expensive frames to them. Constant "sales" had me communicating with them to get correct pricing. Checked status of my order, and it constantly says "6 days to ship". It has said this for weeks. Call and email them. They promise a resolution and then ghost me. It's been going on 3 weeks. No communication to me about shipping them back. Now, I have no Bose Frames, no glasses and no idea if I'll ever get anything from them. IT has been a $400+ mistake trusting them. Now, I have to get Attorney General involved.

I'm amazed Lensabl had the gall to even ask for my review considering what they put me through. It took them 3 tries and almost 3 months to get me the lenses I ordered. The first try took weeks and were made so incorrectly that I it gave me horrendous headaches and I had to pay out-of-pocket to see an optometrist who figured out that one of the lenses was CUT UPSIDE DOWN! The 2nd try had visible defects in the lenses despite them again taking weeks and claiming the lenses passed their rigorous quality check (yeah, right). They finally got it right on the 3rd try but almost 3 months after my original order date. Throughout the entire process they were horrible about giving me updates on my order. The progress checker on their website never worked properly, and they didn't even bother putting up a checker for the 2nd re-do. Customer service was atrocious. When I gave them a horrible review on TrustPilot (at their request after I had to send the glasses back the 1st time) they responded saying they would "take full responsibility" for their mistake but when I requested multiple times that they reimburse me for my out-of-pocket cost to have the optometrist diagnose their faulty lenses they just ignored me (I sent them a copy of my receipt). I've purchased replacement lenses from other online vendors in the past and this was by far the worst lens replacement experience I've ever had in my life. I had decided to purchase from Lensabl because they had a large selection of lens types and coatings and I found a nice coupon code, but if I knew what would happen with my order, I absolutely would have gone with another company. No amount of savings was worth what Lensabl put me through! STAY AWAY!

My new lenses with old frames just arrived. The fit was perfect, and the transition lenses with polarization are wonderful. However, it took from August 12 (lens receipt) to September 15 for the lens to be completed. I wasn't in a hurry. But, the process did take much longer than promised.

I ordered single vision poly lenses with blue light blocking. They were shipped back to me within two weeks and they are perfect. I got 20 percent off and lenses were under 80 dollars. They also gave me a nice case and cleaning kit no charge. I'll definitely order from them again in the future.

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
