I've had these frames for years and my prescription hasn't changed. This is my first time using lensabl and the lenses come out from the frame. They also took a long time to get my glasses back to me.
The glasses seem to give me differing vision depending on which part of the lens I look through.
After checking out several of the online glasses stores, settled on Lensabl, and have no regrets. Several of the others were not able to combine my 3 Musts - Prisms, Bi-Focal, Transition. Lensabl was much more affordable than the few others that would do all 3. I sent in the model #'s of 4 old pairs of frames, and they said they could use any of those to put my new lenses in. Took about 2 weeks to get the new lenses returned with my new lenses, and all is good!
The whole process was smooth and easy! So grateful to be able to have my favorite frames with my new prescription.
My experience has been the single worst of my life as a consumer. This company will not engage with you on any meaningful level. All they do is vomit the same robotic responses (and only via email--they will NEVER call you back, regardless of your request.). They lied to me, the filled my glasses with the wrong prescriptions (even after I told them to cancel the order), and now they just talk about their returns policy. Really sickeningly frustrating. Avoid this company.
It was very easy to upload prescription and order, it is also great that they have different choices to customize your glasses.
After waiting two weeks for my order to arrive I opened the box to dis over I was sent the completely wrong (and godawful) pair of optical lenses and frames. I immediately emailed lensabl and after waiting two days and getting no response I reached out a second time and asked for my correct order to be expedited to which lensabl told me to wait 7 business days… $150 and over three weeks after my initial order my correct order hasn't even been processed or shipped nor have I been compensated in any way for THEIR mistake. I also still can't see because I have no glasses. What a horrible experience made even worse by horrible customer service protocols.

It takes too long for lensabl to replace lenses. There should be a "Rush" feature which allows you to pay for expedited service. Do you send the lenses abroad?
The website could be more clear an easy when ordering it caused lots of confusion for me and delayed my order over a month I'm not happy about that it's all because you don't have a one eye prescription option on your website there's only a bifocal option and I didn't know the difference im not an eye Dr also getting my pd measurement was not easy and didnt understand not clear on your website these things could be better explained for sure maybe also the website was glitching? I dunno... anyway once I got through all that customer service and actual product are great!
I am very excited to have my glasses back with my updated prescription in them! This service was so much more cost efficient than what my optometry option had quoted me. I will definitely be using again!
I ordered replacement lenses for the frames that I've had for years and really love. The process to order was easy but it took a surprisingly long amount of time to have the order fulfilled. I also ordered high index 1.74 since my prescription strength is high. But the lenses were still thicker than what I normally get from other places. I will keep these glasses but definitely feeling "meh".
The outset was a little challenging, but once I figured out how to do my papillary distance the process was straightforward. The turn around time upon delivery of my frames to Lensabl was 4 weeks. The new lenses are GREAT! Overall I am VERY SATISFIED!

I had an issue with my first set of lenses and had to return them. The team at Lensabl worked with me to correct the problem and get me new lenses quickly.
I wanted some new lens so I ordered some online then sent them to Lensabl as well as my progressive prescription. They took my new frames, placed new lens in them and voila, I had new glasses. Easy Peasy and I saved a lot of money.

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
Answer: I am having the same experience. Took my money, lost my frames and have done nothing on refund nor damages. I filed with BBB as well. Why are they still in business is a surprise to me?How many more consumers do they need to harm before they are fined and/or shut down?
