I'm very happy with my purchase. Lensable handled my old frames with care and returned them with new prescription lenses. Along with an amazing case.

Easy to enter prescription online. Requested help with confirmation and received great turnaround on order and info request.

Everything went well from Lensabl. Quick delivery and value pricing.

All I had to do was place my order, print off the USPS label and pkg up my old frames. Off they went and before you knew it my old favorite frames had my new prescription lenses in them.

Quality frames and lenses turnaround time could be faster

I've ordered 2 sets of lenses from Lensabl now and both times the lenses have been awesome and the customer service has just blown me away.

So thankful for the team at Lensabl. Glasses were damaged by a certain 10 yr old boy who will remain anonymous after a month of me owning them and they worked with me to get them replaced quickly!

Purchased new frames and sent them to Lensabl to install prescription lenses. Took over 6 weeks to have this completed. Took a few inquiries on my part to get any update as to where my glasses were.

Finally received them and do not feel secure. When I move my glasses I hear almost this sorta popping noise like they are sorta not fully secured and popped in.

I was able to ascertain with online chat that they could custom make my lenses for a pair of glasses I bought elsewhere, and that was great.

I love being able the reuse frames that I like but the turnaround time was not I expected. It was 2 to 3 weeks with no system updates when I logged in to check my order. An email to customer service got things moving again but it seems my order was forgotten or at least the computer tracking portion.

Good experience overall, shipping speed was fast enough

Sent in my Goodr glasses to get the lenses replaced with prescription transitions. They came out great! The only thing is that it did take a long time to get my glasses back but I happened to get them back the day before I really needed them. So in the end it all worked out. Now I have the perfect running glasses!

Quick, reasonable price, great quality. Will order more in the future

Glasses were delivered within 2 weeks of me placing my order. A team member followed up with a shipping confirmation a fee days after the order shipped.

I've had these frames for years and my prescription hasn't changed. This is my first time using lensabl and the lenses come out from the frame. They also took a long time to get my glasses back to me.
