Sent a favorite old pair of sunglass frames to have the lenses updated with a new distance prescription. Uploaded the doc with my new reading and distance prescriptions to the site. Requested the frames be fitted with the new distance prescription. Lensabl used the reading prescription not once--but twice. Trying to get a refund at this point.

I'm glad to know it is possible to "retrofit"lenses into frames through Lensabl. I was a little confused about some things at first, but in retrospect it was pretty easy and I'll probably do it again.

This was my second order for lens put into my own frames bought overseas. Lensabl's did a fantastic job as had 2 pairs this time & progressive lens, each time coming back perfect.

The glasses are perfect in every way I can think of. Unfortunately they took 3+ weeks to arrive. I even had to reach out to customer service.

Received my glasses and put them on, and I immediately realized they were done correctly. The center of focus was exactly where it should be, Lensabl did a fantastic job of creating my lens and fitting them into my old frames. Thank you Lensabl

I've sent multiple frames in to Lensabl for them to "work their magic" and I've always been pleased with my glasses!

And I sent the glasses do you believe but it took weeks to get a box from lens. They finally sent an overnight box. I sent it back, but my portal did not really get updated beyond they have it in their lab. Every day, I would check in and it would say six days till shipping. No updates. That was a little disheartening after the fourth week. They got into frames I wanted and nobody else could get lenses into. So I have to be happy with that! Prepared to wait. Patiently.

Timing from the placement of my order to receiving them was great. The lenses are mostly very good. There is some distortion with the lower lens. Things appear to be slope down. It's not a matter of adjusting to multiple lenses because I have worn them for 35 years. Decided to give them some time.

I like my prescription sunglasses and would recommend to others. Actually speaking with a live person in customer service is a whole other conversation.

Everything was great from the purchasing to the lens and delivery. Only problem was when I received the glasses, one screw that held the lens was the wrong screw and cross threaded in the frame. I emailed and they replied with a return label in 2 days. I ended up just taking it to a local shop and they replaced the screw.

I bought some high quality secondhand frames at a frame store and used Lensabl to create the lenses. Definitely much better price than anything I could find in-person. The process was pretty seamless, good customer service and beautiful job on the lenses. Took a bit longer than advertised but I didnt mind that as I wasn't in a rush.

I got cataracts and lense implants. I was looking at sun glasses and had old frames I paid a lot of money for in the past.Came upon Lensabl website price was right. The selection of lenses were great, so I ordered them and I am so happy I did. Thank you

First time using Kendall. The turn around was quick. I had many questions and even made an alteration to my order via chat and it worked.

It took about a week and a half for my glasses to be delivered there, processed, and shipped back to me. Process was easy. Shipping was covered and free. And because I did a lens replacement, I didn't expect for them to give me my original lenses back but to my surprise they also included my original lenses. So that was a really nice touch!

When placing the order for two pair of lens replacements, challenge to place order properly and confusion about the cost. Customer service got it all smoothed out, thanks! Now I'm deciding if the OD is correct..

I had a frame that I really liked have kept it for over 3 years but lenses were very worn out. I got a quote from other places but found lenselab to be much more reasonable. The entire process was smooth would highly recommend.

I'm very happy with my purchase. Lensable handled my old frames with care and returned them with new prescription lenses. Along with an amazing case.
