Loved my lensable experience!

First of: Thank you Clarke and the whole support team for always answering all our questions and helping us through the ordering process.
The ordering and shipping was fast and easy.
Today the box with the frame and the new lenses arrived and they fit perfectly. The lenses are high-quality and we are very pleased with the results! Thank you lensable team! Keep going this was a great experience.
PS: we loved the little cleaning pack included.

New Lenses

I have worn glasses since the 3rd grade. I know good quality glasses and lenses from bad. The lenses I purchased are outstanding. The fit in the frames and the quality is beyond expectations. The clarity of my vision is exceptional. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

Nice final product

Overall I am happy with the lenses that I received; though, be prepared to wait for several weeks. I also wouldn't recommend sending frames in their original cases. I did so for protection but I never got the cases back. Lensabl's customer service told me they were unable to locate the cases.

I ordered my first set and while it took forever to get them, I finally did. I lost the first pair and ordered a second replacement pair. Took forever again but finally got the. After a week the nose pad fell off somewhere. I asked for help and the rep (Jayme) said since they were not lensabl frames I was out of luck. I HAD WORKED EXCLUSIVELY WITH THIS REP TO ORDER FRAMES IN THE FIRST PLACE!. Multiple attempts proved fruitless. My advice, stay far away from Lensabl!

SO WORTH IT!

I never usually write reviews but I think Lensabl deserves one. AMAZING RESULTS! I had bought new eyeglasses (just the frame) online because the store quoted me way too much on them. I then looked into stores that would be able to put in prescription lens for me that wouldn't cost an arm & leg. Was going to do a walk-in for one of them when I came across Lensabl. I didn't believe everything being done online existed and I was a bit skeptical. After reading some mixed reviews and chatting with Jason from Lensabl for some concerns I had, including how the tint for the blue light lens would come out, I decided to go for it. It took a little more than 2 weeks since I had to get the box shipped to me, but everything was flawless. I absolutely love how it came out. 110% recommend Lensabl to everyone, this is how satisfied I am.

I got extra active transition progressive lenses. The first time I prescription had been changed to something entirely different by a staff member at Target Optical. I was able to get the original copy of my prescription and send them back in. They replaced my lenses quickly and it came out wonderful. They've won my business!

Underwhelming

Lensabl received my order into production on 2/14/20 and stated it will take 5 to 7 business days to ship. As of 3/1/20, they are still in production. This business is understaffed lacking a customer service number for
Obvious reasons. NEVER again. This company is not ready for prime time.

My wife recently purchased a pair of non-prescription frames from a designer store. When she mentioned to the saleslady that it might be difficult to get prescription lenses installed, the saleslady suggested we check out the Lensabl website. We researched the company and read all the reviews we could find. We decided to send Lensabl her new pair of designer frames and my old pair of Carrera sunglasses. The entire process, from start to finish, went flawlessly. We placed our order on Feb. 12th and received our completed glasses on the 28th. And that's with a slight delay on our part when my wife decided, after the fact, to add Blue Light protection to her order. A special THANK YOU goes out to Megan from the Customer Service Dept. Megan was very patient with us, answering every question we had and was there for us when we needed to add the blue light coating to my wife's lenses. To say that my wife is very happy with the service and her new glasses would be an understatement!

Designer eyewear frames are not just functional, but also somewhat of a fashion statement... that is, until your prescription changes. I checked with national eyewear chains and they all seemed to say these are
No longer available. Imagine the frustration of spending premium prices and being told they are now worthless!
Lensabl not only met the challenge but did it with precision and style. My prescription was complex and they matched it perfectly. Thank you Lensabl Team and my contact Jayme.

These Guys are Rock Stars

Originally I ordered new lenses for my favorite frames because they were scratched. A week later I went to an eye doctor who gave me a completely new prescription. I freaked out because my order was already being processed by lensabl. I emailed them and Megan in Customer Support ended up spending 10 minutes on the phone with me making sure I got the new rx and got them as soon as possible. They went above and beyond for me and when I got my glasses back they were perfect came with a lot of extra goodies!

Since I'm apparently hard to shop for, Christmas brought practical gifts. I treated myself to something specialBose sunglasses. I've been in glasses since I was a little kid and had early onset cataracts. Six surgeries later and I was without glasses for five years! Only five years. I love the Bose frames and three weeks after receiving them, I discovered I had to go back into glasses. Imagine my sadness. Enter Lensabl! Through information on the Bose site, I discovered Lensabl! I had already asked local labs to put prescription lenses in the Bose frames. Due to the electronics in the earpieces, no lab locally would help me out. I couldn't ship the glasses to Lensabl fast enough! I got them back this week, and I'm once again enjoying my daily winter walks with musicand crisp vision. I am SO grateful for this company! And considering what prescription sunglasses cost at a local lab, I feel like I'm still money ahead. Bose frames$200, prescription lenses-$100. Good prescription eye protection with the benefit of speakers feeding sound to your ears for $300. Win-win!

I love this company! I had a pair of GLCOP sunglasses I bought at a sample sale and wanted to get my Rx in them. I found Lensabl on a google search, and shortly after reviewing their site, I submitted an order. They literally communicated with me each step of the way, had a cool app built in to measure my PD, and the account tracker showed where my order was the whole time. I sent my frames into them on a Monday and I received them back with perfect new lenses one week later (they also include a cool case and lens spray). The lenses cost me about $100 (my doctor would have charged $200-$300) and my vision is PERFECT. I have a bunch more frames I plan to send in and have told all my family and friends. Thanks for doing great work Lensabl, glad I found you!

Decided to order some glasses for use when using my computer or iPad.
Armed with a new prescription I thought I'd try Lensabl. The prices and basic styles offered seemed competitive so I provided my prescription info and selected frames.
The first alarm went off when my order confirmation showed black frames while I had ordered grey! Lensabl responded reasonably quickly confirming that they corrected the order error.
About a week later I received shipping notification of my glasses. Their tracking system never worked but my glasses arrived a few days later.
Guess what? They were black frames! Even the shipping info confirmed the grey I had ordered.
When I contacted customer "no support" their best recommendation was for them to send me the correct frames and for me to do their job by removing the lenses from the black frames and installing them in the grey frames (what could possibly go wrong?) Then they wanted me to ship back the black frames!
I opted to keep the wrong frames and lenses and NEVER DO BUSINESS with Lensabl again!

I had a pair of frames that I really liked and wanted to get the lenses replaced with my new prescription. I found Lensabl and read reviews on their website (funny how they are all 5 stars) and decided to give Lensabl a go; it was one of the biggest mistakes I ever made. After approximately three weeks of Lensabl having my lenses, I sent them an e-mail asking about the status of my new lenses. I waited four days without any word, then I e-mailed again asking about the status of my lenses and, there was still no word back. Of course, they had already charged my credit card, so I guess a reply was not necessary. After another few days of not hearing anything, I went to the Better Business Bureau and found a phone number for them. I called, got an answering machine, left a message asking where my frames were; at this point I didn't care about the lenses, I just wanted my $400.00 frames back. I still didn't hear from them. I called back again and left another message telling them I was going to call the police and report a theft, then an attorney and see about a fraud case. Lo and behold, my frames and lenses showed up within two days... hmmmm. However, the prescription is wrong, the order was wrong, and I am warning anyone who is thinking about using this company... THINK AGAIN! IT IS ALL JUST A SCAM! STAY AWAY! I am not even going to send the frames back because I don't know where they will end up, and I already know that trying to get a refund will be pretty near impossible; hell, I couldn't even get them to give me a status. It really is a shame though because the concept is awesome... if only they would follow through, but hey, if you can get someone's money and not have to provide a promised service...

I was a little skeptical ordering prescription lenses on line. However, I took the chance and it worked out perfectly! They were easy to order & my lenses came out 100% accurate. I had a question about my prescription and they were quick to help with wonderful customer service. The quality is even better than my local neighborhood eye glass store, not to mention I saved money ordering from Lensabl. I will definitely be ordering my prescription lenses at Lensabl from now on!

They messed up my frames
February 6, 2020

Sent them brand new RayBan frames for eyeglass lenses. When I got them back one of the nose pad arms was crushed. The service was fast, price was fair, and lenses seem to be great... but they almost ruined my brand new frames. They suggested taking them to local eyewear place to get them fixed. Really?! Would think twice about using them again.

Nice lenses, incomplete return boxes

Second pair of glasses I've had done. This transaction went overall much smoother and faster. Love the lenses. For me this was an upgrade for a favorite pair to transitions. Really pleased with the whole experience and the glasses, but took one star off. The first pair I had done years ago and this pair both, the boxes came with instructions to put the glasses in the included microfiber bag which was not included in either box, and seal the box with the enclosed sticker. Both times I got a backing where a sticker came off and no sticker. First time I dismissed it as a mistake but the second time was at least two years later. Something weird is happening there.
