This is my first order with Lensabl and I'm pleased with it. The customer service team is amazing. They were patient with me as I missed having some information from my prescription. After getting all the information I need, it was only a few days before I got my glasses back with the new blue-light blocking lens. I can tell a difference between them and my current clear lens glasses when I'm on the computer. Thank you so much for making this an affordable option!
Lensabl is absolutely AMAZING! I received the BEST customer service ever. From Clarke answering my inquiry about the status of my box (I opted to have a box shipped to me), to Rudy providing a solution to an issue (which ended up not being an issue at all). I've had such a great experience from the very beginning until the very end. I do not see myself ever getting lenses from anywhere else. I cannot wait to do business with you again!

I had explored using and had used other online services for getting glasses(GlassesUSA and Warby Parker) and I can confidently say that Lensabl has the best overall value, quality, and customer service. Unfortunately the process and final product still did not live up to expectations. Even after sending them in for a "redo" the final product in regards to the fit of the lens in the frame is still not as good as other providers. Although communication was friendly and responsive, it was no as frequent I would have liked given the length of the process. I received the 'redo" today after having placed my initial order 6 weeks ago. While I'm still not satisfied, I don't think trying again will yield any better of a result. I've accepted this is the best they can do with their process and at this point I'm tired of waiting, communicating, and wearing my spare pair. I still think its a good value and the best option for those who want to get a great deal or get them online, but in the future I'm going to stick with the optometrist.
Like most of you I couldn't bare the high cost of new glasses/frames and a prescription for those glasses from my eye doc. So, I did some research and after some time I decided to go with Lensabl. I already bought my frames so all I needed was the prescription lenses. Lensabl made it super easy to order and customize my lenses. Shipping was simple too they send you a box or send you a shipping label and I use my own box to ship my frames to them. As advertised it took about 2 weeks to get my new frames with prescription lenses installed. The new glasses are perfect and I am quite happy! I have already told friends and family to go to lensabl for their next prescription lens replacement or a new prescription. Great Job Lensabl, I'll be BACK!
I have used this company in the past, excellent results. But nice to know if there is an issue it gets attention. With my latest frames, there was a mix up on both our parts, with regard to my prescription, they acted with me to resolve it, I did have to pay a bit more to get all new lenses, but far less than the first time around. Customer service worked hard to resolve the issue and now once again a perfect set of progressive lens in my too-expensive-to-not-use-again frames. You save hundreds on new frames/lenses. Highly recommended. I will be sending in another frame shortly.
I paid a bit more for thinner lenses to match the style of my frames and added blue light protection. WORTH. My experience was quick, easy and very satisfactory. It took about 2.5 weeks- the quality is professional and the blue light protection actually works quite well. I can see clear as day through my favorite cheap frames. Only constructive criticism I can offer is to improve tracking capabilities to be more akin to Amazon since it does take reasonable time. Thank you Lensabl!
I was suspect but decided to give it a try. My one recommendation is go ahead and pack your old glasses and send to them... really speeds up the process. Took two weeks and a few emails to be sure they had received them... some sort of email response confirmation would have helped. But when they arrived I was 110% pleased. Nice job and with my designer frames I did not want to buy new ones, just new prescription. This business makes all the sense in the world. Now you try it.
I thought everything about this process was great, but the coating on these lenses is intense, it almost makes them look like a blue mirrored lens. People say they can't see my eyes in certain light... Not sure if I'm going to keep these.
I was a bit nervous using lensable at first but moving forward I won't go any other way. The process was fast, inexpensive, and the product is quality. I had a few questions regarding my transaction and the team was very quick to answer my questions. I am going to be sending in my sunglasses next to get done. Using lensable saved me lots of money.

I sent my glasses in about a couple weeks ago. I received them back the other day and something is way off on my glasses. I get extremely dizzy and can't see out of them. I'm not sure if it's the quality of the glasses or wrong prescription was made. I have also emailed them two days ago and still haven't heard back which is why I'm leaving this terrible review. The customer service for me has been terrible so far. I hope they get in contact with me to resolve this or refund my money. As of now I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.
I am still awaiting the delivery of a second pair of glasses - this is now a 2nd redo and the 3rd overall attempt to get this right. This process started in mid February and it is now April 8th. I cannot imagine why I would recommend Lensabl to anyone.
I've been holding on to some frames for 3 years with the wrong prescription that I never got a chance to wear because they gave me a headache. Figured I give this a try to replace the lens at a fraction of the cost of going to the eye doctor (like, a third the cost because my insurance doesn't cover hardware). Just got these today and SUPER happy with the results. I can finally wear these frames again, and I'm so excited. Didn't know what to expect with this my first time using Lensabl, so I'm really glad I gave it a try.
Fast turn-around from sending in to delivery (about three weeks). However, the lens arrived without the requested edge polish. Return procedure unclear -- had to settle for a general-comment email.
On first attempt at providing me with new prescription lenses in my Persol frames, Lensabl lab made a mistake and did not use the prescription I had uploaded/entered along with my order. After receiving the erroneous order, Lensable quickly ascertained that indeed their lab had not used the prescription, and sent me a shipping label to return the frames.
The correct prescription lenses were fitted, and the frames shipped back to me overnight express. Any company can and will make mistakes... it's how they handle the mistake and how quickly they correct it that separates the so-so companies from the really good ones.

I could not be more happy with the service Lensible offered. The presses was very smooth and quicker then expected. I had a question about downloading a document and was answered right away. The frames came back very well packed and in their own protective case. Lensible cost for new lenses was 3 times less then what lenscrafters offered me for frames which I originally bought from them. I highly recommend Lensible.
Overall, I've had a good first experience with lensabl. My glasses arrived today, making a 15 day ship-to-receive time, which I find acceptable. The prescription feels right on the money. There is one issue, however. My frames are completely rimless Oakleys and if the edges aren't polished, it looks like a mistake. I paid the extra fee to "polish edges," and while the edges aren't rough, they aren't polished to a shine either. As a point of reference, the lenses that came off the frames are highly polished. So, from a quality control standpoint, if you were to hold the old lens beside the new lens (which lensabl would have to do prior to shipping), the difference is glaringly obvious, and someone should have said, "We need to polish those edges some more." I'm not sure if it's a deal breaker for me yet, because I need the glasses at this point.
I ordered lenses through Lensabl. The first pair was incorrect, some mixup on their part with the prescription. I then didn't realize I needed progressive lenses, which my prescription apparently showed but I ordered single vision. I was told by Rudy in customer service that they used to let customers know that their prescription showed a prescription for progressive lenses, but stopped doing that. So I ended up with lenses I can't use to read. They offered a small discount on the regular price to make new ones for me with the progressive prescription, but that would be on top of the money I already spent and the extra time it took since they messed up my first pair. In the end it would have been wiser of me to pay the extra to go back to my local optician to get the right prescription the first time around. I write this so others don't end up in the same situation as me.
Lendable is amazing! I've received four orders and have another on the way. Great quality lenses with plenty of options to customize your frames. They are the real deal and I will continue to place orders with Lensabl as long as I have eyes needing to see clearly. Can't recommend them enough!
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
