If you love your frames and want to keep the same glasses, Lensabl is the place you have to order from. I sent in two pairs of glasses (they even allowed me to stagger the send) and Lensabl returned them promptly. On top of that, their craftsmanship was top notch and when it returned it came with a sweet glasses case and tips on how to best take care of your lenses. Tips I personally needed and have allowed me to keep my lenses clean. I just can't recommend this company and service enough and I will probably never get frames or lenses from any business other than Lensabl again.

I'm kicking myself for tucking these away and not checking them sooner since they are a second pair. But customer service was tough to deal with on the front end, my package was delayed a lot and it arrived right before my wedding. The sunglasses I ordered. Perfect. So I let these sit for too long and now I'm doubtful the problem can be fixed. The regular glasses have one side my script and one side reading lenses. They are completely unusable. Super sad to say, though I love the concept and being able to save old sentimental frames, I will not be ordering again.

I needed new prescription sunglasses, I had the Rx and the frames. All I needed was the single vision lens. I sent an order online based on the Rx provided my own frames. 5 days later I received my new glasses. Perfect prescription, cheaper than my optometris but not cheaper than Costco. 4 days later I got my new glasses! Glasses's prescription was right-on! And the delivery was quick, thus far I am impressed! Save money against my optometrist inflated prices but stills not lower than Costco. But I will use this service from no own!

Love everything about this company. This was my first time using lensabl and was highly satisfied. Customer service is always very communicative and the service itself (putting a prescription lens on an existing frame) took no longer than two weeks in total. Was able to buy a designer frame, put rx lenses on it for WAAYYYY less than what it would have cost otherwise. When the glasses came, they were professionally packaged and came with a very nice travel case and cleaning kit. I will be sending more frames to lensabl in the very near future.

I see only five stars reviews, so I'm a little skeptical that my review will be published. First, the order was processed in a reasonable length of time. However, when I received my order, the lab totally missed the prescription in the left lens.
The return process was smooth. Print the label and send the glasses back.
Customer service stayed in touch until they received my return. It took a couple of weeks to reprocess my order and my glasses were over nighted back to me. I'm satisfied with the end result and the way that customer service stayed in contact. I feel that quality control dropped ball to begin with. Secondly I feel that my return should have been quicker than the original order. It seems that it went to the back of the line.
I really wish that I could have given five stars. Perhaps that if the order had been processed correctly to begin with, I would have been able to give it a five. I truly am happy with the final product.

Had issues with my order. Tried to talk to someone and explain the issue with the order prices, but doesnt appear anyone knows or remembers how to use a phone. After multiple emails I was told they would take care of things. After a week with no updates I login to see they are waiting for more info. I wont ever order online again. The glasses are not correct, and I dont have the patience to deal with people that dont know how to use a phone.

While the glasses are great, the statement of 4-7 business days is incorrect. I have ordered 5 sets of sunglasses and the first set of 3 took 10 business days and very slow shipping so I did not have my glasses for nearly 5 weeks. On the last two I have ordered, we are at 7 business days and they are still not complete and have not shipped. While the lens quality seem to be nice, the weight and price do not compare to my eye doctor. I spent the same amount at my eye doctor and they are much thinner and lighter weight. I purchased the top of the line progressive and it does not seem that is what I received when I compare with the lenses from the actual doctor.

Was told my sunglasses would be finished and shipped while I was out of town for a week. I asked if they could change the shipping address to the house I would be staying at, and they did! I couldn't wait to get my favorite sunglasses back in time for the beach. The thing is, they never came. No worries! I will ask them to change the shipping address back to my home address, and I will get them at home crickets on more than one attempt to change it again. Now my favorite pair of sunglasses are headed to someone else, and I hope I can get them back someday. Disappointed is putting it as nicely as possible...
