I tried to replace 2 frames: one sunglasses and one regular. 5 weeks later (and not 5 business days as promised) after writing several emails I got my glasses back BOTH with sunglasses lenses. After a redo they sent me my frames with an awful glare that created a very strong reflection when you look at artificial lights, making it impossible to see anything. Then after ignoring me for several days, they tell me that they will only fix it if I pay extra. Apparently seeing three sets of artificial lights instead of one is a normal thing according to this company.
They also delete bad reviews on their website and social media and try to screw you whenever they can.
They must have tons of reversed charges because this company has an AWFUL standing with MasterCard.
Rudy is the most incompetent person in the customer service. He doesn't know his product and gives you a misleading information. When your glasses come out wrong because he gave you a wrong advice, he tells you it's YOUR fault and he isn't obliged to warn you about possible defects.
If you are screwed by this company at least try to resolve your issues with somebody else.
Have been in correspondence for several months. They refuse to refund or correct the inaccurate prescription. Their stock answer is to quote my original prescription, which was made improperly, and to insist that it is correct. This is a crooked company.
I had 2 pairs of glasses made. First, they say I sent the wrong prescription for one pair. To test several glasses makers, at the same time I ordered from ZENNI. Zenni asked me to SEND THE PRESCRIPTIONS when they weren't sure the glass prescription made sense. Turns out, I mis-entered something. That's MY bad, but Zenni checked, Lensabl did not. I didn't see (on Lensabl) the option to attach a prescription but they said the option was there.
But here's the REAL problem... The second set of glasses was the CORRECT prescription. I tried out the glasses and I was OK with them... until a few days after having them, I went to the theatre and EVERYTHING IN THE DISTANCE WAS A BLUR. I changed to my other set of lenses and they were perfect.
So blame me for a wrong prescription, fine -- my bad. But for the right prescription? The glass was TERRIBLE.
DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM LENSABL. Bad customer service, PUSHY, and BAD PRODUCT.
I had a great experience with Zenni which was half the price, and Warby Parker which was more expensive but better quality.

I had been shopping around for a lens only company that didn't cost me a fortune and I found Lensabl. It was easy to upload my prescription and send my glasses to Lensabl. The shipping is free or you can choose priority shipping. Customer service is the bomb. They respond to your questions or concerns rapidly. They are legit and my glasses were made with the highest care and standards. Will be getting all my lenses changed using Lensabl!

I had a slight scratch on my lensabl lenses, no fault of the company. As I was within the 90 day renewal period they completely replaced my transitions lenses with all the premium coatings, and they did it fast too. I'm a paranoid type when it comes to send in your frames services, but they tolerated all my paranoid emails and never left me in the dark as to what was going on. This is my second pair with lensabl but it won't be the last.
I had my favorite frames and no one wood place in my new prescription Since the arm had previously been repaired. This company no problem and the price was fabulous. The service was great an expedition. They will get all my business. And everyone I know.

I received my new lenses (inserted in my own frames). The glasses are prescription readers and they are perfect. I am very impressed with the professionalism and quality. I received a box to send my frames in and three weeks later I have them with a case and cleaning kit. Such a pleasure to find Lensable where I can get glasses and/or lenses at such a reasonable price. Thank you so much and I will be back.
I searched a long time for the frames I had, but then I got Lasik. I still needed some reading correction. I contacted the company who made my glasses asking if they could replace just the lenses, but they only offered to replace the entire package. That's when I found Lensabl. I shipped my glasses out just before Christmas, and received them back just after New Year's. Not only was it fast, way less expensive than replacing the glasses, I am reusing most of the material rather than just chucking the old pair. Every part of this transaction was amazing - I had to contact them to change something about the glasses and it was a breeze. In this world of disposable everything, it's amazing that this exists. Don't hesitate - awesome company and services all around.
I was very impressed by my new lenses and have been even more impressed with Lensabl customer service. I have been in touch with them several times throughout the process by simply using the "contact us" page and always get a response within a few hours (even outside business hours!). The responses are always very personable and kind. They really go out of their way to make sure you are getting what you need. For example, I accidentally sent in my glasses case without realizing that you aren't supposed to do this because they separate the glasses from the case during production. I repeat: DO NOT SEND IN YOUR GLASSES CASE! They returned my glasses to me in a much bigger and bulkier case, and I reached out to customer service to see if they could send me back my original case. Even though I messed up by sending in my case, Hailey at customer service said they would look for my case to send it back to me.
I am so impressed by this customer service that at this point I don't even mind if they can't find it.
I can't recommend Lensabl enough. They have an extremely professional and customer-oriented team and make great glasses!

Absolutely the best place to get glasses. I have a -6.50 and progressive, which you know is very expensive at a store. Super pleased with high index 1.74 progressive with the shamir II lenses and the lensabl ar(mid-range) at a fraction of the price. $300 with coupon. Couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend them.

I had my Nike Chaser Sunglasses Frame get transparent prescription lenses instead. No one in any local optical clinic would do it for the deal that I got from Lensabl. I only paid $97 for the lens plus I bought the frame somewhere else. Other clinics would want you to buy the frames from them. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I saved over $100 by using Lensabl compared to when I got the same exact pair that I lost.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
