I needed to have some new lenses put in my sunglasses a little darker than before. All went well! They look great, turnaround time was quick, no issues!
Mine was an unusual order, not prescription or anything, just something I wanted that I couldn't get anywhere else. Great communication from a few people there, I like the fact that they do not assume, I knew what I wanted and they did it.
I immediately jumped on the opportunity to have transition prescription lenses to my Bose Frame glasses. It was the closest I could get to becoming my favorite billionaire comic book superhero. I love my lenses 3000!

This was the perfect solution for acetate frames I had purchased. I purchased them from a manufacturer without prescription to try them on. When I went back to the manufacturer I found that the lenses had a long lead time and were very expensive. Lensabl's lenses look great in the frames, were a very reasonable price and were turned around in a timely manner.
USPS Shipping was delayed but this was likely due to the COVID-19 situation and not Lensabl's responsibility.

First, I want to start by saying that I wanted to love Lensabl. I'm a huge fan of start-up companies and often prefer them over established brick and mortar stores. As businesses' shift towards eCommerce, consumers must rely on positive reviews to confidently engage with a business. Unfortunately, my experience with Lensabl went from disappointment to total regret. I placed an order for a set of prescription lenses with an anti-reflective coating. Upon receiving and close inspection, I noticed stains between the lenses and the anti-reflective coating. I emailed Lensabl's customer care team to set up a repair and to update my address for the repair to be sent to. When the repair was complete, I received a shipment confirmation to the old address. I immediately contacted Lensabl and requested that they contact UPS and have the package rerouted, but the follow-up reply was days too late. I eventually receive my glasses and notice the right lens had 3 scratches! By this point, I had lost all patience, from defective lenses, untimely communication, and my order being sent to the wrong address. I send my last email to express my disappointment and frustration, and to give them a final opportunity to fix the matter before I request a chargeback with my credit card company. Ultimately, we agreed to have a right side replacement lens sent out for me to install myself. I will never use Lensabl again, nor do I recommend their services. Proceed with extreme caution as it's not worth the time nor hassle!
It took two tries to get my lineless bifocals correct. I sent in two photos to help them determine the distance needed. Second photo was the one that helped the most. My only complaint is that the darkness of the lens isn't dark enough for me.
So glad I found Lensabl. I love my frames and was looking for an affordable way to replace my lenses. Lensabl made the process easy and lenses arrived pretty quickly.
