Great job with progressive lenses

I've been wearing progressive lens for years but the last couple of pairs that I purchased at the local eye stores just didn't seem to work right and I wasn't comfortable wearing them. Consequently, I rarely wore them. Instead, I wore my single vision glasses which required me to take them off every time I wanted to see something up close. I took a chance on this online company after purchasing a Groupon. I liked the idea that I could use one of my old frames that I loved but the prescription was no longer strong enough. When my glasses arrived, I was amazed at how much better and comfortable the lens were. My single vision glasses are now back in the drawer. The staff at Lensabl did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

I first used Lensabl when I purchased my Bose Audioglasses. On that order they did a great job. The order was done in a reasonable time frame. I decided to make another purchase for the Spectacles frames. I placed this order on May 7,2020. As of June 18th, 2020, I still have not received my order. I have an online account which shows the order "arrived at lab working on it". I contacted the customer service online chat and after a few back and forth discussions, was provided a "shipping tracking number". The tracking number shows a pre shipment on June 10th, and in my last discussion told this to the representative. The Lensabl site still does not even show this tracking number on my account. I was told on my last email that the item has shipped. This is an issue to me as I feel like I am receiving inconsistent info, and I still have not received my glasses. I really would like my glasses, and at this point I feel disappointed

Since my last review someone did reach out to me and I provided a reply. As of yet I still have not been provided an updated status of my order.

I was very impressed by the result. I thought i was going to get dissapointed but i was very wrong. Quality to the glass on the glasses is very rich and strong. The tint i received gets complimented alot on. I would order from here again! 10 out of 10.

Not confident that the correct prescription would have been used. I initially input the wrong one and tried to update it on the website, but it didn't seem to update. Verbally speaking to Jayme, she kept calling my prescription a "reader" Rx, but in fact it was for computer glasses.
There were several iterations with Jayme, taking about 24 hours each... she says that is the standard level of service (24 hour turnaround). I say you need to increase your level of service to something like 4 hour turnaround, especially since it is difficult to update a current order on the website.
Also, suggest you add "computer glasses" to your "reader" and "distance" choices. To me "computer glasses" don't fall in either case, so I chose "reader" because I look at it as reading the computer screen. But in fact they aren't readers.

Fast, affordable, quality

As many others have written here, I found Lebsabl after a particularly bad experience with chain, vision-wear vendors (Visionworks, in this case). I had an old frame I loved that no one wanted to put new lenses in ("we can't guarantee they won't get broken in the process") but Lebsabl replaced them without any issues and the new lenses are quality/accurate. I will definitely be recommending Lensabl to my glasses-wearing friends and family I'm the future.

Gave new life to favorite frames

Had an old prescription in expensive frames. This was a cost effective way to use them. The whole process was seamless. Probably due to COVID it took longer than the two weeks expected. Glasses received in great condition with old lenses sent back as well. Very pleased.

This is my 2nd order for glasses from Lensabl. I had 2 frames that I loved and didn't want to use a different pair. I found Lensabl and it was a smooth process to KEEP my fav frames and get my prescription. That's why I went back for another order. I'm sure I'll be doing this again!

Through lensabl, I'm saving literally hundreds of dollars by getting my lenses here rather than at my eye doctor's clinic and there is zero difference in quality. I was so happy with how my first pair came out that I got another pair of glasses and those are perfect too! I'm so happy that cost is no longer a factor in having a second or even a third set of glasses to choose from.

Six weeks and still waiting

I was very excited to order progressive transition lenses from Lensabl back in late April, for some cool frames I purchased. Since they say 5-7 working days turnaround on the website, I started reaching out after 3 weeks. Apparently my lenses failed quality check, and went back into production. I reached out again a week or so later; failed quality check again. Back into production. I was told last Friday that they'd ship in 3 days; here it is almost day five and still nothing. These lenses weren't inexpensive and I certainly want them made perfectly and correctly. I have a high expectation of quality from Lensabl... so I guess it's good they caught problems during 2-3 final inspections. (But three failures is a bit concerning itself, right?) Honestly, my real frustration is that I have not been proactively contacted or communicated with once. You'd think they would give me the courtesy of an email to let me know my glasses were running a week, or two, or three, or four late. Nope, not a word. All communication has been initiated by me. You cannot call them, and the chat function on the website does not work. You just have to submit a question or concern and wait 24 hours for a reply. I really want to love my Lensabl lenses if and when they arrive. And maybe they'll be so great, it will have been worth the (6, 7, 8 week?) wait. But if you're in more of a hurry for new lenses, Lensabl may not be the way to go. So far my experience has been very disappointing. Plus it's hard to review glasses and lenses I still haven't received.

My prescription sunglasses came back with very visible lines around the lenses, both inside and out. When I asked customer service they said you would have to add polishing to your order to have those lines removed. But when you order, the polishing is only recommended for rimless glasses, which these are not. No where on the website is their any indication that this is what you should expect. Yet, their customer service rep said no one else has ever mentioned this? No buying it. Maybe my pair are out of tolerance and the lines are more visible than usual, I don't know. But I now have a product I'm reluctant to wear and a new benchmark for lousy customer service.

Fabulous company on all levels

I want to say that in all the years of dealing with online companies I've never seen such a put together a professional online store with such wonderful staff. I am a general and laparoscopic surgeon and I wear non-prescription glasses for eye protection or as we say PPE in the operating room. I have certain frames that I like but because laparoscopy involves looking at a screen for most of the day I decided to try the blue blocking computer lenses. Well the company makes it very easy in terms of getting your frames they're letting you know where they are at all times and being very honest about the timeframe. Technically the work they did was absolutely beautiful The lenses fit perfectly in the frames. They are clear and the visualization is beautiful. There is minimal if any discernible hue in the Lenz unlike other computer glasses. In fact to the entire world they look transparent. The quality is fabulous. Most importantly because this occurred early in the pandemic I had to speak a few times with staff. Each time I couldn't believe how helpful, nice, sweet, personable and expeditiously responsive they were. They are wonderful humans and they run a fabulous company. I have recommended it friends and family and suggest it be "the" way lenses be replaced for all. From the staff, to the product, to the very boxes and accessories they use-Lensabl is a class act! Fabulous

I ordered the Montana and Robertson frames with blue light lenses - I work in front of the computer all day.

I am having a hard time getting a response and am needing a replacement on my order. The lenses are clearly not what I ordered. I ordered high index lenses and received a regular lens. The lenses are really thick and heavy. The lenses never fully transition and have attached photos as references. This is a picture ob the lens when it has fully transitioned which is only a slight tint. I used every form of way to contact but haven't received any response.

They broke my frames first day they got them and waited over a month to let me know. Now they won't offer a refund or even give a response to my emails. I would avoid this company
