Prompt customer service

I ordered tinted lenses for a pair of Existing frames. When they arrived, the tint was so light you could barely see it. Customer service asked for photos of the lenses, and determined they were too light. They promptly replaced the lenses and the final version I received were perfect. I'm happy with me lenses and even more happy for their quick and easy customer service.

The lenses stick out of the frames one about 1/8 inch on the outside and 1/16 on the inside the other lens is Out 1/3 all around inside and out. When I was picking no indication of glass thickness. They are verify coke bottle like. I've gotten the the same prescription from mnnEye Doctors and they are nowhere as thick. I'll never order again and I would only deal with a real eye Doctor not online because they tell you these things as you are ordering. I had a feeling this was going to happen.

Great lenses

The new lenses for my Bose glasses are great. Wonderful to be able to use my Bose frames with my contacts. I was a bit surprised to have new frames also though- I thought I was only ordering the lenses.

FANTASTIC!

I wanted to get my new prescription into some current frames that I already own. Most opticians won't deal with frames other than what they sell. They're afraid of any damage they may cause and the liability that entails. So, I found Lensabl online and decided to give them a try. Their website was really easy to navigate. At first I was skeptical, how can they fit my progressive lenses without even seeing and measuring me? It is possible! I just received both my glasses and sunglasses back and I couldn't be happier. They are perfectly adjusted by the measurement photos you submit to them. Ingenious and such an amazing company to deal with. The process takes a couple weeks which is really no longer than what you would deal with at your local optician. I will keep using them as I have many frames in my stash to play with. Thanks, Lensabl! You guys rock!

For nearly two months my frames have been "at the lab, working on it." No progress information was ever sent to me unless I contacted customer service and those requests were answered by a snarky, don't give a crap rep who was of no help. I have no confidence that I will ever receive my frames and lenses and my request for a refund was denied. This has been the worst online experience of all time.

L<3VE My New Sunnies

I had a great experience with Lensabl. I'd been wanting a particular pair of heart-shaped sunglasses for a while, but knew I wouldn't be able to enjoy them without a prescription put in. Customer service checked for me in advance to make sure the lab could accommodate the novelty-lenses and they totally delivered! The sunglasses are great and process was simple and easy.

Bose Glasses

I purchased a pair of the glasses and I really like them, but it took several weeks to receive them and after receiving them by not having direct communication with this company, I didnt get what I really needed in order to truly enjoyed the glasses. Im happy with them, but not happy. I like them so much that I helped my coworker order a pair on yesterday even though I wasnt 100% satisfied with mine. I wear prescription lenses and that's where my problem came in. I can't see from a distance.Its a problem for me and although I like the glasses, I can't get the full use from the glasses while at work, which is the #1 reason I purchased the glasses. Great product the most part. Thanks

The Packaging was very nice. My glasses were a little uncomfortable initially, after wearing them for a while and now after 2 weeks you did a wonderful Job. Using a scale from 1 to 10, I give you 7 or 8. The only reason i wont give you 9 is because it took a little to long to get them back, Conclusion you did a good job and I will be calling on you in the future. Thanks!

I ordered and sent in two frames, regular & sunglasses in April. When I received them I immediately got dizzy and could not see clearly. Spoke to Customer service and sent them back along with additional measurements my eye doctor provided. Received lenses back and again got dizzy and could not clearly focus. Months of asking what I could do or can I get a refund. They asked me to bring to my eye dr to confirm the prescription. Took them to my eye dr and they confirmed that indeed one lense was incorrect. Emailed Customer service. No response. I think 7 emails later and a few weeks I hear back. They told me snap out my lenses, send them back on my dollar and then they will refund me. And since I partially paid through Groupon I now need to work with them to get my money back. Here we are in September and this is where I am at. Between an incorrect lenses TWICE and poor customer service. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Service was good, but it seems the prescription or lenses may be different than my current ones. They seem to give me a headache when I put them on. Also, I don't believe my frames were as stretched out as when I sent them. I will need to get them tightened. I may need to replace the lenses again since it is too uncomfortable to wear them.

Good pricing

Pros: Good prices, good shipping speeds
Cons: Tracking not good, they don't notify you when they ship it back or when they received your frames. The process is about as slow as any other online frame and lenses company.

With shipping being a little slower than usual, it was well worth the wait. My frames were handled with care and the end result was terrific. I have recommended Lensabl to many friends. Great work and excellent outcomes. I am a repeat customer so I strongly recommend this company and prices are really reasonable.

Late and horrible fit, finish, and lense curvature. Lenses pop right off the frame easily and the curvature is so flat that my eye lashes touch them. Also feel super dizzy wearing these due to incorrect curvature.

Can't seem to speak to anyone there. Only via email.

They are perfect!

For some reason during the pandemic I decided to scratch a huge gash into my glasses. These frames are my favorite and I was distraught. I ordered replacement lenses from lensabl and they turned out perfect. The prescription is perfect and the lenses look great.
