I initially sent my glasses in the middle of July 2020. 4 weeks later I had no answer on the outcome of the glasses. There wasn't a number nor a chat so after several attempts via email customer service finally responded with they had lost my frames and that I needed to send them where I had bought them to get a replacement. Those original frames which I loved where no longer available so I had to settle for whatever was available. It took another 3 weeks to get the replacement, no expedite shipping which it was the least they coud've done.
I've been thrilled to be able to do this whole process online and it's mostly gone smoothly.
When I looked at the glasses I knew immediately there was a problem for me.
The line for the bifocals is so high. It's literally right in the middle of my eye. I've been wearing bifocals for 25+ years and this line is located higher up on the lens than on any other pair I've worn.
It's terribly distracting because half of my vision is out of focus. I can see the line when I'm looking straight ahead and I've never experienced that before.
So... on the one hand, I'm so grateful to have this new prescription in a pair of bifocals as my others are older and the lenses are scratched.
And... on the other hand... at least half of my field of view is out of focus when I'm driving, walking, biking, birdwatching... I'm hoping I'll adjust because I'm not willing to ship them off again and wait. I followed the instructions for using the camera as best I could and apparently it does not work.
They were very easy to deal with! I had already made the order but noticed the next day that I had missed a 15% discount email from them that went into my spam. I really appreciated that they honored the discount after the sale! I will use this service again.
I was able to navigate my way through the order process without needing to ask my daughter for help, so its pretty easy. Got my sunglasses yesterday. I am pleased with them.

The lens of the left side wasn't quite right, the PD was off. I notified Lensabl and supplied the correct PD, Lensabl graciously remade that lens free of charge. I couldn't be happier with my glasses or my corrected vision.
I had lasik done this past year which has been fantastic, but found I was getting headaches when a worked for multiple days in a row (I work 12 hour shifts at a hospital). I was able to send in my favorite frames from when I needed an Rx lens and they replaced them with blue light lenses. The whole process was quick and easy!

My lenses are beautiful. Clear and sharp and I can see SO well. I have a very high prescription so my lenses will always stick out at least a little bit from the edges of the frames. That is the case with these ones but regardless, I do really like them. The processing time was fantastically quick. My frames came back to me in a beautiful case as well. Customer service was almost instantaneous in answering all of my questions. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I found frames that I love and tried several eyeglass stores to see if they would put my nonprescription reading lenses in the frames. Places in town wanted to charge me upwards of $250 per pair and take like 6-8 weeks! Initially, I was a bit nervous about sending my frames out - but you can easily track them online. I sent my 2 sets of frames to Lensabl in my own box and had them back in about 2 weeks. Each pair came back with a cool case and a cleaning kit. Amazing! I will use this service again 100%

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
