Got lenses replaced in two different frames. Great fit, good quality lenses!
Lensabl was very use-friendly, but it wasn't quite as "optimized" as I'd hoped. After sending in my glasses and waiting a week, I hadn't heard anything from them. I emailed them to see if they'd received my glasses (they had), at which point they told me they needed another measurement from me. I wonder if they would have ever reached out to request this if i hadn't reached out first? After i provided that, it still took another ~2 weeks to receive my glasses. I was happy with the service and the result, but overall, the process was a little more disorganized than I expected.
I just received glasses back (I only ordered new lenses in my frame) after 8 months of my contacting them every 2/3 weeks because their customer service was so inefficient. They lost my glasses and first said they sent them to the wrong person and when that didn't end up being true they had me do the research to find out all the sizing and brand where the frame was sold so they could replace them. But I never heard from them unless I wrote for updates and they didn't even send an apology for their mistake it was my main work glasses and I had to spend hundreds of dollars to get another pair for work, while they gave excuse after excuse and find said I could pick out one of their cheep plastic frames for free and they would put my $250 lenses in them. I was not taking their cheep lenses I wanted my metal frames replaced, that's when it became all about me giving them all the details ( from frames they had) so it was a huge project for me to get my old records as to the frames etc as the business I Purchased from earlier was closed due to Covid its resolved but not because of their service or good business practices
My glasses were sent to the wrong address. The address was supposed to have been corrected but was not. Since there isn't a customer service phone number or live chat, I'm stuck wondering when anyone will get back to me and when, or if, I will ever receive these specially made glasses that were expensive. Very frustrated.
I just got back my prescription safety glasses for working in COVID positive nursing homes and I am beyond thrilled at how they came out. The entire process was very simple and easily explained and the turn around time was much faster then anticipated. In addition I was so happy I was able to have blue light filters applied to the lenses as so much of my time at work is spent on my computer.

Missed my glasses and now they are like new!
I ordered 3 pairs of glasses from them, one of which was a pair of sunglasses, as they had the lowest prices I could find. I made sure I got the works on the glasses because I work in front multiple computer screens all day so the blue light blockers were important and we wear mask in our office too, so the anti-fog was also important. Each pair took roughly 2 weeks once they received each pair, so 3 week turn around each, and all seemed well. The biggest issue was that neither pair of glasses had the anti-fog coating on them, however the sunglasses did. It can be forgoven for one pair that I wear at home, but the other I wear at work and in the world, so that was an issue to say the least. After a rigorous debate with someone named Rudy, I was able to send this pair of glasses back and after receiving no update for 3 weeks, found out they were being sent back to me. This time around, they hit the mark. These guys are still getting their $#*! together, and the turn around time can be rough, but inevitably it was worth the wait. I al sister give them and easy task with high index lenses in foldable sunglass frames. In the end, I am happy with all my pairs of glasses.

Perfect! Scanned in my glasses Rx and uploaded during the lens purchase. I went with a more expensive hi-index lens because it is lighter in weight than a poly lens. Fast turn around time and priority shipping upon lens completion. I Wore them right out of the Lensabl box, which came with a cleaning kit. Will definitely consider purchasing again in the future!
Overall the quality of the lenses and ease of service is very good. What is frustrating, and I've had this experience before with Lensabl, is the tracking progress tool within the site. It does not accurately reflect status and does not really provide a true status of how the lenses are moving through the process. An estimated time to complete would also be useful once lenses are received.
Found Lensabl on Groupon after finding my favorite old glasses. Turn around was pretty quick considering how far they had to travel. Now I have my favorite glasses from ten years ago back with a perfect new rx!

The company itself is great, very friendly and helpful staff. I am struggling a bit with the script itself in the lens. I have progressive lens and I get that the script is probably pretty hard to work out when you can't physically measure me in person. I will wear them a bit and see if I get used to them.

Received new glasses and frames are bent. No way to call this company, have to wait 1 to 2 days for a 'chat' reply. Will return for a refund and will not repurchase if anyone ever calls me.
I sent 2 frames one for non-prescription lenses and one with a prescription. I physically identified which frame for each order. I sent in photos for pupillary distance measurements wearing the correct frame for the prescription. Customer service sent an email requesting which frame for each order. I sent an email back providing which frame for each order. I received the frames exactly opposite of my directions. I reread my email to make sure it was not my mistake, but it was not.
Real easy to pick and choose lens that I wanted and I liked how convenient it is for me to ship my old glasses to them and back rather quick
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
