Deformed

My lenses arrived deformed... with an obvious bulge in the lens and unusable. I'm communicating with support now, and expect it will be resolved, but am honestly surprised they didn't just agree to have me ship them back to be redone. There is no way these are right.

Anti-fog lenses still fog up
May 5, 2021

Disappointed with the anti-fog lenses. I work in a hospital and wanted glasses that would not fog up with my mask on. These lenses fogged up worse than my old lenses. Is there really an anti-fog coating or is it just the anti-fog cloth that came with it?

Quick and easy

I bought a pair of Stoggles and had them prescriptioned with Lensabl. The whole process was really easy. I got them back in about a week. I did notice that there was a little emblem on the lenses which I though was a defect so I emailed them. They got back to me in less than an hour telling me that because they're Z87 safety glasses they're required to have it. They don't impede your vision at all so it's totally fine.

Right eye feels off

My order kept getting delayed, I understand that covid is a thing so I don't care too much about that, but my right eye feels as though it is misaligned, not only does it look weird in the mirror, but I can barely see out of it.

I have been trying to get lenses put in a pair of vintage frames I found years ago. No optometrist that I took them too would even try!
Lensabl was able to take them in and add lenses in my current prescription! I can finally wear them out, and somehow they actually fit better too.
So excited!

Terrible service

I ordered the frames and lenses on Dec 2 and just received them today.
You don't provide any phone support.
It was always more then a few days and sometimes a week until I got any response.
Now that I got them. I got two sets of lenses and one doesn't even fit.
Ugh! Frustrating and terrible!
Please call me and get this right. This was not cheap and you can't even get it right

Still waiting for my glasses

It's been nearly a month since lensabl received my frames and I still don't have them. I was never contacted about any kind of delay. I received an automated email with a tracking number for my completed order but it was incorrect. It showed delivery back to me on a date that was before I even ordered the lenses. I emailed support and they told me they would check the lab to see where my glasses were. After 3 days of not hearing back, I emailed again. This time I was told the lenses didn't pass quality check and it would be another 2-4 days before they would be ready. That was over a week ago. I still have not received my glasses and still no word back on an update. This has not been a very positive experience. Some proactive communication would be nice.
