Real easy to pick and choose lens that I wanted and I liked how convenient it is for me to ship my old glasses to them and back rather quick

Everything went pretty smoothly, and I got what I ordered in the expected time. One minor nitpick is I could see some shavings on the edges of my lenses. Overall, it was I positive experience.

My lenses arrived deformed... with an obvious bulge in the lens and unusable. I'm communicating with support now, and expect it will be resolved, but am honestly surprised they didn't just agree to have me ship them back to be redone. There is no way these are right.

I had gotten my glasses back with the lens I asked for and they work well. However I did not receive my original Costa lenses and Costa package/ glass case back.

No note stating my lens broke while removing them, was sent the wrong prescription, no one will respond to my complaint. I want my money back.

The lenses are lighter than I had imagined so I'm pretty disappointed. Wish there was a way to send them back and get the mirror polarizing lenses

It was so simple to get my new lenses through Lensabl. And the lenses are truly awesome. Better than the ones I get through my optometrist. They are lightweight progressive lenses which provide perfect vision.

I am waiting for a response about my recent purchase of lenses which are useless with a faulty optical focus.

Process for making in glasses was easy. The glasses took longer than expected before shipping quickly.

Disappointed with the anti-fog lenses. I work in a hospital and wanted glasses that would not fog up with my mask on. These lenses fogged up worse than my old lenses. Is there really an anti-fog coating or is it just the anti-fog cloth that came with it?

I had never used an online provider before but it was easier than I thought and turned out great. I had a difficult order with some Bose sports sunglasses prescription and although it took some time they got it right

I bought a pair of Stoggles and had them prescriptioned with Lensabl. The whole process was really easy. I got them back in about a week. I did notice that there was a little emblem on the lenses which I though was a defect so I emailed them. They got back to me in less than an hour telling me that because they're Z87 safety glasses they're required to have it. They don't impede your vision at all so it's totally fine.

My order kept getting delayed, I understand that covid is a thing so I don't care too much about that, but my right eye feels as though it is misaligned, not only does it look weird in the mirror, but I can barely see out of it.

I have been trying to get lenses put in a pair of vintage frames I found years ago. No optometrist that I took them too would even try!
Lensabl was able to take them in and add lenses in my current prescription! I can finally wear them out, and somehow they actually fit better too.
So excited!

I ordered the frames and lenses on Dec 2 and just received them today.
You don't provide any phone support.
It was always more then a few days and sometimes a week until I got any response.
Now that I got them. I got two sets of lenses and one doesn't even fit.
Ugh! Frustrating and terrible!
Please call me and get this right. This was not cheap and you can't even get it right
