Smoother than expected! Will be doing it again on all future glasses lens replacements. I'm a fan!

Had an issue with the lenses on my order. I contacted customer service and they sent me a shipping label and they redid my glasses.

This is my first order at lensabl of lens replacement. I got the single vision with their basic lenses that come with AR coating, UV, and Scratch Resistant for only around seventy dollars. I am happy with my purchased.

Lensabl provided excellent warranty repair service on my scratched lens. Fast and friendly!

Frames came back looking fabulous and it's so good to have my favorite glasses back!

The glasses that I ordered are not useable. I'm INCREDIBLY disappointed and frustrated. Due to my light sensitivity, I decided to save my money and order a pair of prescription sunglasses. I ordered the top notch everything, and they're not useable. Also, it took an incredibly long time to receive the sunglasses. The interactions with Lensabl was a shame. Customer service isn't difficult. Kind, isn't hard.
As I previously stated,

My lenses were awful. Had to send glasses back to get something done. Had problems focusing on things. Dangerous driving.

I love Lensabl's business model, I've used Lensable a few times now, but I'm not thrilled that my last pair developed crazing due to poor application of the coating, and I was not given a free replacement.

It was very easy to place an order and mail off my glasses. It took about a month to get them back, and they were perfect when I got them. A month is not that long, but it did feel long because I didn't get any updates once they let me know they had received my glasses. It could be helpful to send progress emails every week just I would know when to expect them. Thank you for an overall great experience.

Poor experience. Lensabl has not proceeded to replace the lenses.

The frames are a great vibrant color and the lenses help me see.

I sent in my metal frames to have lense installed, they have small screws to loosen and tighten the eyeholes. However, the technician attempted to wedge in the lenses as though they were plastic, and scratched the frames in at least 4 places: https://photos.app.goo.gl/jofDKXu1QuHkmTRy8

I contacted Customer Service to see if they could help remedy the situation, and they have completely ignored me so far. I would not send expensive frames to Lensable since they did not treat them with the care I would expect.

For my frame, I ordered single vision polycarbonate lenses with anti-reflective coating and bluelight filter (add-one). It was simple to order. I received a box free of charge for shipping my eyeglasses, and within 1-2 weeks, I received my frame with new lenses. The polycarbonate lenses are high quality, with AR and bluelight filtering coatings. They sent glasses in a folding case with a cleaning kit.

I had an expensive pair of frames that I needed to change to readers, easy ordering process.
