The ordering itself was easy. Really need a virtual try on feature. Also, a better way to communicate when there is a problem that you are waiting on the customer for since all emails go to spam.

The glasses and transition lenses are better than I could have imagined. I was having such a hard time finding frames I liked and when I finally did I couldn't fine anywhere to fill my prescription and add transition lenses at a reasonable price. I love the discount code for first time customers and the extras included in the box like the travel lens cleaner. I will be back once it's time to change my prescription or when I find a new pair frames!

I found some super cute frames on popular online marketplace. I took them to a well-known eyeglass chain to get them to replace the frames, they said they could not get the lenses out! Truthfully, they didn't even really try. I looked up Lensabl as an alternative. The reviews weren't great but I was willing to risk it. Very happy with the service.

I sent the frames in myself instead of waiting for Lensabl packaging so can't comment on the time it takes to get the box, then back to the lab but the time between sending them off and receiving them back was about 2 weeks.

Not sure how accurate the order status tracker is on Lensabl account is but it was good for a reference.

The overall experience was great. They got my glasses and kept me updated the whole process and the online tools to see where it was at in the process was great, but the quality is honestly terrible. I can deal with it cause it was cheap enough but the window tint or whatever was put on the lenses to be "tinted" looks like a blind person did it. I did pay for the cheaper option as I only where them maybe once a week so maybe it's my fault and should have expected cheap but I honestly wasn't expecting it to be as bad as it is.

Took a little longer than expected, but price was good and they did a good job.

I ordered my lenses online, but had to email for the box in order to have my frames shipped to them and they could be outfit with the lens. Other than that was an easy process and glasses met my expectations.

This is my 2nd time using Lensabl for transition, progressive lenses with my Goodr frames that I sent in. Easy process and love my glasses!
