It was very easy to pick out new lenses for my frames and get them shipped for replacement. The time from ordering to getting my frames back with the new lenses was quick and painless.
I tried canceling this order the minute after I placed it and realized this was regular glasses and not sunglasses and it wouldn't let me. Now that I have them I've been trying to reach someone and put in request to have someone reach out to me like 3 times and I've heard nothing! I want to return these!

Glasses are great. The glasses took a long time to be delivered. After contacting them they said they did not receive the shipment of frames on time, would of been nice if they would of informed me they were waiting for the shipment of frames instead of me having to contact them.

Overall, it took 2 weeks from shipping to receiving my glasses back. So far the new len's seem pretty nice and of good quality. I think it was about $75 less than what my local eyecare place was offering for lens replacement. No issues at all throughout the process.
