I love how easy it is to order replacement lenses online! Fast service and you can track everything on the dashboard of your account. Only thing is this is my first pair that has an extreme glare especially at night and for somebody that needs glasses to drive it seems a little dangerous and not sure what happened

Fast sending and delivery time, gave me my old lenses and a new protective case with lense cleaner and cloth. They tightened my glasses and they are so perfect with the new lenses I specifically asked for. I definitely would go through them again!

My lens order was elaborate, bifocal, transition lens, sunglass tint and mirror finish. This took 6 weeks. I think the lens turned out great but it took too long with little communication about why.

I ordered lenses in june (4 months ago).
They never arrived, it was unclear if I put the city name in wrong.
I kept asking about it and postal service was cryptic and said it was delivered.
I kept asking and Lensabl sent me another pair, 4 months later. I can finally see!

Ordered new lenses, got them. Just started to wear them. So far, so good.

Always excellent work when I order replacement lenses. I've just completed my third order with Lensabl and will order more lenses in future.

When I placed my replacement lens order, I appreciated having the option of Lensabl sending me a shipping box. When my order was completed, my new lenses and frames arrived beautifully packaged in a new eyeglass case, along with a cleaning cloth and spray. Overall, an excellent experience and service. Lensabl offered me the services I needed when my prescription changed. I love my frames I had and really didn't have the money for new frames of the same designer. My local Optometrist was able to swap my lenses out but it would cost over $100 to do that. 😔 Lensabl were not only able to swap my lenses out at half the cost but also shipping was free and I received my glasses in a nice new case with cleaning solution provided! What a great deal! Thank you Lensabl!

So they get a five star from me because overall I'm completely satisfied with my purchases as this is my second purchase of the James Oro by Lensabl and the first purchase was perfect in my eyes, as far as James Oro by Lensabl part, but me having to try something new I added the anti-fog coating to the inner lens which I come to dislike when trying to dry wipe my glasses clean, It's difficult but you live you learn. Now to my second purchase the only issue as it took a very long time for me to receive my second pair of glasses and nobody reached out to me. I contacted Lensabl via email and got a fairly quick response saying it was a delay due to something, which would been no problem if they would have sent something to let me know but I'm patient and they did finally arrive and they Dope! For reference, m first purchase was July 29,2024 and I received them Aug. 10th 2024 the second purchase was on Aug. 16 and received them Sept. 21 2024… No deduction of stars because you can see when I received my first pair I loved them and bought a second pair 6 days later and both pair are Fly!
