So quick and easy. I am very happy with my lenses. They are perfect! I liked the status updates they give to let you know they received your frames and it in progress and when it's done and on its way to you.

I love my glasses- nice and light even with a super high prescription.

Marketing please review your automated messaging which in effect says don't bother us asking for updates as it prolongs the process.

Seems like a lot of steps for a senior, I needed to enlist help.

It was so easy mailing my glasses and getting my lenses. It took only a couple of weeks and they turned out great!

It's great to be able to just purchase lens for once and not have to go through the ridiculous process of paying for new frames. The process was pretty easy and aside from some miscommunications, a smooth transaction.

Replacement lens came out great. However it took one month for me to receive shipping box, and then two more weeks for return of product. Possible USPS issues?

Over all, a good experience. However, i chose my frames based on the measurements and sizing provided on the website. Upon arrival (which took upwards of a month), i discovered that the glasses are actually too tight across the bridge of my nose. And, i can't return them without incurring a huge cost (my lenses are progressive, so even with frame replacement, i would have to rebuy my lenses…nope).

For once, this company did an excellent job in producing lenses performed to the ophthalmologist measurements. This is not always been my experience. On this occasion, the service was excellent. The product was delivered on a timely basis, and I can actually see using the product. I did have a disappointing post purchase experience when I was essentially dragooned into participating into a marketing survey by a company called Site Jabber. Apparently, if you don't finish out the survey, they keep emailing you until you surrender. I'm not sure that does the company much good in terms of customer satisfaction.

I got my glasses faster than getting them elsewhere. Usually I pick out a frame and provide my prescription and they take several weeks, but I got these frames in a little over a week.

Took longer than it should have due to a problem interpreting the prescription.

I'm so happy to have my old frames back! The lenses are so clear and stay clean!

I bought a nice pair of secondhand designer glasses and swapped out the lenses with premium lenses from lensabl. Very happy with how they turned out! I just wish they also helped adjust the frames since I'm figuring out how to do that at home.

Loving my lenses frames. They don't slip, which is usually my problem. However, the lenses have a slight brown tint which to be honest I'm not crazy about:S Almost a perfect product.
