So I found the contacts I need here, confirmed with my insurance that they'll cover out of network, and after being advertised one box for $35.99, on the next tab, it turned to $55.99, then by the time I got to check out the sub-total for 8 boxes was somehow over $600, THEN they added another $143 for taxes and fees! Suffice to say, I'm not checking out... What a SCAM!
Your waiting time to reach a rep is inaccurate. You say leave your number and rep will contact you within 25 min well it was more like an hour and a half and that urned out to be when I was on another call. So I had to call you back and wait again. When I did place my order and got me email confirmation it was wrong so there I go through the same process again. Needless to say not the greatest experience.

Delivery was delayed because out of stock but I was never told that [no email, etc.] Was later told there was a problem with the expiration date on the credit card that was submitted but that was not true; the "test charge" that was initiated by lens.com was visible on my statement. Eventually got my order but after way too much of a hassle that should not have occurred.
My rebate was sent in in November and it's already February so they're running extremely slow. They did put up now some info that said that they're running slow due to covid, however they didn't have that info up when i submitted my request. I think they should get a new vendor who is doing the credit card rebates. Anyways it does take a while to get your lenses particularly if they're not in stock.
It's easy and fast! Good prices too. Lots of products to choose from also.
Confusing and snarky how lens.com adds items on checkout (protection plan for daily contacts?) and shows a $50 discount which is not honored. Company seems unethical and would not recommend to others. Sorry, you can do better than this...
I felt misled by the supposed $60 "rebate" that was automatically applied to my order of 2 boxes. When I realized that this was some annoying trick to make me sign up for a credit card, I reduced my order to 1 box only. With this poor tactic, you upset me as a customer, wasted my time and made less in sales! Not a good move...

The site is easy to use. This is the second time I've used this site to order my contact lens, and I am still very happy with it. You do need a current prescription and the order does take 1-2 weeks to be delivered, so manage your time accordingly! As long as you order with this timeline in mind, you will always have contacts when you need them :)
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
