I was surprised by the huge processing fees but I had entered all the information and there was a rebate so I went ahead and paid the extra. That was on 9/16/2021. I filled out the rebate slip on the first day possible. They do not allow you to do it when or after you receive your order. I have contacted them multiple times. They cannot help me. I am feeling scammed. This is not the company I started with a few years ago.

Rebates are supposed to be received 8-10 weeks after the order. I am at week 19 and it still shows as processing. When I emailed support after 17 weeks, they said there had been such strong demand for the rebate program, it is taking longer to process rebates. Still waiting on my $210 rebate...

If you want to let them hang on to your money and earn interest, then I would recommend the. The product was delivered timely. If you are buying based on price and getting a rebate, count on it taking a very long time. I ordered the same contacts from Costco last year with a rebate and got the rebate in a very timely manner. For the $30 difference, I wish I would have just gone to Costco.

They Are A Joke

I have been ordering from them for years, have sent in all my paperwork for rebates and have not received a single one in return. This last time they put my order through twice and when I returned the second order have yet to receive my refund and they are threatening to take it out of my account for a third time. Needless to say I will never order from them again

Beware of rebate scam

I've been ordering from Lens.com for a few years. The fact that I've been denied the rebate on 2 occasions is bothersome. One for $90 and the last one for $120. Both times the said they never received the rebate form. I can understand this happening once but twice? One would have to believe that this happens way too often. Would not recommend falling for this. Make your purchase elsewhere as I will do from now on. Shame on Lens.com. I hope u can sleep well at night

Here is the sequence of events for my lens order -

• 12/17/21 - I placed an order for contacts.
• 12/21/21 - I was notified that my order was delayed, but it would ship between 12/28/21 and 12/30/21. The email specifically said "there is nothing wrong with your order.
• 12/31/21 – When I still had not received a shipping notice, I called and was told that one of the two contacts I had order was "due any day". I asked that the order be split and send out the contact that was available. I was told that a manager approved an overnight shipment and I should receive contacts not later than 1/4/22.
• 1/5/22 – I called customer service a second time. The customer service representative said that no order had been sent out. Rather than try to get the order split a second time, I attempted to place an order for the contact that was supposedly in stock, only to find out that BOTH contacts were out of stock. I have subsequently cancelled my order and will be purchasing elsewhere.

I have been strung along by LENS.com on this order for THREE WEEKS and never once told that the contacts were backordered.

I will not be purchasing from lens.com again. They have lost my business permanently.

Worst customer service!

I ordered for rebate, which was supposed to be 8/10 weeks. It's been 14 weeks and still nothing. Customer service is no help. It's a joke. I won't order from this scam again!

A company that cares

Well, I wrote a review a few days ago and gave this company 2 starts. I ordered my contact Lenses in August, 2021, sent in my rebate form once I received the lenses, and it was received by August 20th. It took over 19 weeks, and more than 5 phone calls before I received the Rebate. But the good news in all of this is that this company does seem to care about it's customer service and is now looking into the process and hopefully, improving the time it takes for the rebates to get mailed out and received. I got a phone call from Ian Morrison, Chief Marketing officer, who apologized for my inconvenience. I sure hope they work to improve the time it takes to receive the rebate, but also improve their customer service.

The company plays silly games

You don't just buy contacts at Lens.com but you get to play games as well. That's right they overcharge for the contacts and ask you to jump through various hoops in order to get the money back. It's a long process that is dragged out over many months. It's tiring, frustrating and in the end petty. If you have time to waste, I suppose it is an option. If not, find another provider.

I placed an order for 4 boxes because it came with a $120 rebate. I printed the rebate form after I received the contacts (you have to wait until after you receive the order to submit rebate) and mailed in the form as you have 8 weeks (I believe from your order date). It says it can take several weeks to get the rebate so I waited. After at least several weeks and still not receiving it, I see if I can get an update on it. It then showed that they never received it and bu this time I only had a couple if days left to get it in. I printed it out AGAIN and sent it via certified mail and apparently they didn't receive it still. Now it is expired and they said there is nothing they can do. Absolutely DO NOT recommend ordering from them if you want to actually get the rebate. Poor business practice on their side for sure.

Scam company

Bait and switch by Lens.com. They advertise on "Google Shopping" $18.44/per box for CooperVision 90 day proclear contacts, free shipping, no minimum purchase (see attached pic) but when you click on offer they want you to pay $48.29/box and then do a mail in rebate that will only take the price to $31.62 a box. I talked to Lens.com supervisor named Candy and asked for the advertised price of $18.44 and she refused and said the price is wrong on Google. She refused to honor their advertised price!

Their prices are only good if they honor the rebate they advertise - which they DO NOT. I have asked repeatedly for 3 months about the status of my $40.00 rebate and they say it can take over 10 weeks to receive - well it's been over 10 weeks and still nothing, but their timeline is endless - you will get it "one day" equates to you will never get it and we will never acknowledge we ripped you off.

Got my contacts the other day and I am ready to get me rebate. Rebate center says they need to receive your rebate form no later than 8 weeks after your shipping date. They forgot to mention that you will receive your rebate form 2 weeks after the shipping date so you really only have 6 weeks to send your rebate back by USPS mail to the rebate center. I am a busy person, as many of us are, and this is just another thing I need to keep track of to get the VISA card. I also don't agree with the waste of paper this rebate form creates. Wasn't that one of the reasons the www and email was created? They know who made the order and that it was received, why so many hoops? It's all good, I am just happy I can see this email to write it! Thank you Lens.com

False Advertisement

Toric is a good product. But Lens.Com did everything wrong. First my order did not arrive until 2 months later (after I've called customer service multiple times), then they sent the wrong prescription, and now almost a year later my rebate has not been mailed to me. I will NEVER order from Lens.Com again. And their Rebate policy is ridiculous. It will take months to a year or never, for you to receive it, until you've forgotten about it.

I put my order in and have a photo of what I ordered I received the wrong item and they want me to return the item at my cost. The customer service is terrible they will not return your call and only email you. I have had to go without my contacts a week because they made a mistake. They also guarantee you that the prescription is verified and 100% accurate and that is not true. Poor customer service.

I ordered contacts with Lens.com and they sent me the wrong prescription. I sent back the contacts, filled out the paper slip with the correct prescription, called them twice about it before sending, and then received the wrong prescription and the wrong brand of contacts. They sent me a cheaper version of what I had originally ordered. My only option is to send back the contacts again and hope they don't mess it up again. So it's now been 6 weeks and I still don't have contacts and they really have no sympathy for that situation.
