I had a little confusion when placing my order online. I kept coming up with a total price that didn't seem to add up. I backed out, canceled and tried it several times, the amount never added up to what I expected, so I called customer service. The representative helped me figure out where the problem was; there is a RED highlighted button that says CONTINUE, so I did. But the total amount, including the extra fees is BELOW that big red continue button. It was very counterintuitive to me to keep scrolling down when the instruction says CONTINUE. If it were up to me, I would place the CONTINUE button at the bottom of the page, below the FINAL AMOUNT. Once we worked through that, the rest of the experience was easy.
A lot of places do a one time prescription change at no cost or minimal charge if the doctor changes the script within the month. You do not and the prices are not the best. I have found another company for my next order. Also, we should not have to pay for shipping. You offer no coupons or return incentives except refer to friends ($10).
The process was easy enough very big selection. They did not have the one we had in stock, but they got it from the vendor and they shipped it directly to us.
The phone rep was not very knowledgeable about the products they sell. She had to look info up and I had to help. It took some time to get her to understand what I wanted. She then told me she couldn't give me a price until I had the exact brand name rather than the manufacturer and type of lens I needed. Finally, after all that, the price included shipping and "taxes". There is no sales tax in my state and I told her so but she insisted that the taxes were included in all orders and I had to pay them. Altogether, not a satisfying experience (despite that I have been buying lenses from them for years). Next time I'll go elsewhere.
The reason for the Review Title is because my initial order which may be still in limbo had been stuck in Kansas City, MO when my order was supposed to be received by February 14,2026. Your representative did help me with a credit and reorder which I appreciate. But, I was told that I would receive an email when it had been delivered and the estimated time of arrival was between Feb 27 - Mar 3. Although I was happy to receive it on Wed, Feb 25, I never received an email. I think that #1. The system for tracking a package should be improved and #2 lines of communication as far as e-mail should be improved as well. Not a pleasant and easy experience for me. I understand there may be a manpower shortage, but in the future, I would prefer to go through a company who acknowledges and explains the reason for delays rather than leaving me to wonder if my order is going through.
I have ordered three years in a row from lens.com and this year was by far the most challenging. My order was delayed three times. I am glad that I had a full box of reserve contacts because if I would have just given myself 30 days, I would have not had anything to see out of.
At first I didn't think it was that cheap but then the order came. Definitely more contacts than I have ever had at one time.
I ordered my contacts on 1/31, did not receive them until three weeks later. Aside from an order confirmation, I did not receive any other emails until after my order arrived. While the prices are great, the communication was poor. I logged in several times to check on my order, and finally saw that the order shipped. Luckily, I wasn't in a hurry for these contacts.
I am fine with the experience as I have received my order. Lens. Com had to order the lenses which I have never experienced before. This caused only a slight delay.
Online ordering is easy and they remind you when it's time to re-order or that your prescription is expiring. Orders are processed and delivered quickly.
Fast shipping, received my contacts almost a week earlier than delivery date. Placing order was simple, and the rebates are great and help with the costs of being able to see:-)

This website charges excessive fees and doesn't provide an itemized receipt. Their listed prices are not accurate to what you will pay. BEWARE!
Lens.com makes ordering contacts easy and affordable for me. It's not always fun spending money on things you need rather than the fun things, but with Lens.com I can do both. And my order arrives very quickly.
It was my first time using this service and it was very smooth. I got my renewed prescription fairly quickly and was able to order the contact lenses right after. The lenses were also delivered on time.
The "rebate" system is ARCHAIC! I won't be ordering from lens.com again just for this reason. Overpriced! You require us to physically remove the proof of purchase from the contact lens boxes and mail them to a separate address plus pay for shipping and tracking. Why don't you just do the rebate yourself and pass the savings on your customer like normal companies? I'll be mailing it off tomorrow and we'll see if I actually get a rebate debit card for $101. Shame on you lens.com. Your rebate requirements are ridiculous.
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
