Price was good and Got my contacts pretty fast, although I did NOT get a contact case with this order. How disappointing! Now the wait is for the $75 rebate that takes 12 weeks and you get it on a debit card instead of giving me a credit on the card I purchased them with. You have to cut out the upc code on every box and mail it in. This should be electronic like everything else.
This was the third place I tried to use my prescription at, and the first to accept it. They came quick, and I am so grateful to have them. Thank you!

The lens I ordered were out of stock. Had I known that I would have ordered someplace else. This is the second time I didn't know Lens.com didn't keep the lens in stock. I've learned my lesson & will. Go somewhere else next time.
Need to be more transparent if lenses are backordered so a customer can order from somewhere else instead of having to contact Lens.com to find out where the order is and to wait almost a month to receive the order. This is not an acceptable business practice.
Order took a little longer than initially stated. Order was complete and packaged nicely. I thought I was getting the rebate immediately, but realized I was charged the full amount and will get my rebate much later with a gift card.
I was expecting my lenses in two weeks after I ordered them, which is what was stated on the website. About a week and a half in, I checked the tracking information I had and it indicated I would not receive them until 3 weeks had passed. A few days later, they showed up on time.
My salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful and knew how to renew my prescription. I have been a customer at Lens.com for many years and highly recommend them.

Website wouldn't work for me when I tried to reorder from my phone. Then once I got in front of my computer, I was able to place the reorder with ease, but lens.com never gave me a tracking number for shipping. I paid for two day delivery and had no idea where it was or if it were going to show up on time, even if I looked up my order on the website. It just showed up.
It took three weeks for them to deliver at my house or a little bit over. I did not receive the coupon. Or rebate promise
You get great service - they do have that extra cost for each box which I think is kind of high but besides that its a great company to buy contacts from.
Easy website to use. Love that I can upload my prescription and it does the rest. Order came quickly. Would love an offer of free shipping. That would really make it competitive!
Very smooth online ordering process and competitive prices. I entered my prescription specs and my doctor's information. Lens.com confirmed with my doctor, and my order arrived about a week or so later. I recommend Lens.com.
Had some confusion with my prescription, which turned out to be their agent reading it wrong, but he was very helpful and fixed it during my callback. I then wanted to expedite my order, but was told that could not be done until the following day, requiring another call. Then it was expedited. Finally, just wish the "rebate" would be completed at the time of order. Really wish that. The unreliability of the rebate is the thing that sometimes sends me shopping elsewhere.
It was easy to order and the shipping was fast even though they had to order my contact from the manufacturer before shipping to me
In January you billed me for lens that I did not order.
When questioned you agreed to send lens right away. I even paid to expedite shipping as I was going to be away for several weeks and I still did not receive them until March 3. I do not know what your problem there is but PLEASE DO NOT EVER-BILL ME WITHOUT MY PERMISSION AGAIN. I am currently looking at other sources for ordering lens on line.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
